- My neighbors ask me for the recipe every time I make them! Fluffy MUFFINS! disappear in an instant!!
📌Ingredients :
~ 1 cup of rolled oats (80g)
1 and 1/2 cup of all purpose flour (180g).
~ 5 and 1/4 tablespoons of cocoa powder (40g).
2 teaspoons of baking powder (10g).
1/2 teaspoon of salt (3g).
1 teaspoon of baking soda (6g).
~ 3/4 cup of brown sugar ( 140g).
2-3 large ripe bananas(450g).
~ 5 and 1/4 tablespoons of melted butter (75g).
2 medium eggs.
~ 5 and 1/4 tablespoons of milk (80ml).
~ 3/4 cup of dark chocolate chips (130g).
some chocolate chips for garnish (optional )
