Carbolink's XP 14 A single-pack P U binder

Carbolink Sports is happy to launch XP 14, a single-pack P U binder that can be used to bind rubber, flexible polyurethane foams, E V A, cork, gravel and wood.
Carbolink XP 14 is a Low viscosity product and produces a very elastic hydrophobic membrane with excellent adhesion to EPDM and rubber granules.
Carbolink's XP 14 is Very Elastic, Hydrophobic, UV resistant and has Excellent Adhesion.
Carbolink's XP 14 is available in 2 Varients, Water Clear & Light Brown.
XP 14 is available in 30Kgs, 200Kgs and 250Kgs Packing.
XP 14 Water-clear Binders are used in high-end products such as Running Tracks & shock pads for Hockey or P U flooring applications.
Whereas XP 14 Light brown binders are used as binders in making EPDM-based Children's Play areas.
Mix the SBR or EPDM granules and the Binder as per the specified ratio. The exact ratio depends on the dust content of the granules, which should be reduced to a minimum.
Mixing time is at least 4 minutes, depending on the size of the mixing batches and the type of mixer used.
The blended materials are then spread onto the asphalt or concrete base using a mechanical tandem leveller.
The tandem leveller shall have a heated oscillating screed bar to obtain smoothness and compaction.
The surface hardens through the reaction of the binding agent with humidity.
The speed of the reaction depends on temperature and relative humidity. Usually, the surface may be walked upon the next day.
