Say you only want to make a few, 2 cups, how much yeast, salt and sugar would you need?
Lekker kos
Leaving the dough over night doesn't change the taste? I want to try this tomorrow so I'm wondering if I should mix now or tomorrow
I have tried leaving it overnight, disaster for me. Tasted like fermented beer
I think it's because she did this in winter, usually you just have to Leave the dough where there's direct sunlight for 45 minutes or so, depending on where you are. If it's hot obviously the dough is gonna raise faster
What size is the container your made it in?
Oil must be hot and temp on high through out?
U can reduce temp after turning them
Mine came out hard though . What caused that?
try to balance flour and water consistency...dough must not be too hard
Can you use any type of salt
You can use any salt Thami..Enjoy
60ml sugar?
Quantity of sugar depends on you. I love mine with a bit of sweetness...u can add less..
Polony yooooo
