Wonderful reminder that all prayer should be birthed out of relationship with the Father.
While I have heard both of your reference passages in Luke 11, 18 preached that way of "twisting God's arm" until He does something, I love the companion scripture in Matthew 7:9-11 in part, "... if you being as evil as you are know how to give good and advantageous (the AMP reads) gifts to your children how much more your Father in heaven.
Additionally, Jesus gave this model in Matthew 6:9-, relational.

I agree with what you're saying but in Luke 11:13 in the amplified version it states,
"If you, then, being evil [that is, sinful by nature], know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask and continue to ask Him!”
It says and continue to ask Him.
I was simply showing how others might get confused by this based on varying translations but I do agree with what brother Andrew is stating

How do you know that it's God's will to be in a place where you don't see growth inside. I have been praying for a job that can pay me to be able to sustain, but in most cases, I find myself working for small salary that brings more pain

What are you trained to do? What educational level have you attained. This is not a spiritual issue entirely. What have you done to seek out other employment. The Lord expects us to do our part. He’s not running an employment agency. You have to put yourself out there. A fisherman who only uses one fishing pole won’t catch as many fish as on who uses several at the same time. Get some “ lines in the water “ Be blessed. God works with you.
Ask God for wisdom then move in faith. Start sowing seed increase will come God can prosper u where your at.

Get deliverance, do self deliverance, I'll do some casting out for you.
It can be a mindset thing. Putting keyboard typing as a skill is something I would never do, that's the lowest level skill you can put out there. You might need to mention that you are fast, but you are not making yourself the manager when you emphasise it like that, but one of the workers and this is what you are being employed as and paid for. Have you had feedback on your CV from employers that rejected you? Get some good advice on that. And look at it from an employer's perspective yourself.
If you use the word creativity in an introductory letter I would probably not employ you either for that job. It's too arty-farty. A medical office needs straightforward solution-focused problem-solving skills that create a structure that everyone can follow. A medical practice is a legal place due to the ever increawing laws in the medical field.
Change your wording.
Would you employ such a person as described in your CV without knowing yourself?
Spelling is important too; it's a mansion, not a mantion. I wouldn't employ you either the way you describe yourself. An office manager is not supposed to be a designer or architect - this is what you are describing here. That "mantion" that you are building looks crooked, disorganised, collapsing in parts with water damage. It's noting solid. Spelling it like "mantion"makes it look like you are not paying attention to detail and thats one of the most important things in a drs surgery. A medical office / practice is not a mansion although it might be run out of one. A manager is someone who can introduce and keep up a structure and procedures that everyone working there can implement. Look at an engine: precision, well thought through mechanisms. That's what is needed. You have to stay flexible but not "creative" which means ever changing.
At the moment you are describing yourself as dynamic but weak. Become structured and strong.
Your description is that of a left wing flowery dress, purple tie-died unironed, if I'm not coming today I might come tomorrow girl. Become a conservative, solid, straight lines, strong, reliable person.
