I hope that you will understand what living in North Georgia will be like from my perspective as a local resident and real estate agent, so you make the right decision for you.

Tim Gibson is my dude my wife and I just celebrated our 1 yr anniversary today signing with Tim has been a great blessing. Leaving Tampa Fl was the best thing for our family. Tim is very personable and engaging and till this day we still text and keep in touch. Give Tim a call awesome guy to work with promise he won’t disappoint. FYI there are 12 season in Ga 😂 and stay away from the yellow snow ❄️ 😂
Thanks Caleb! Glad to hear you're enjoying North GA!
Vehicle/RV taxes too.
Doing well. Headed out of Florida for the summer soon and will be spending a few days in ellijay on our way to Canada.
@@jeffstrange9092 sounds like fun. Spent time in Canada in the past. Loved it. Calgary was my favorite city
just south of your old 'hood and here in charlotte county. i may follow in your footsteps when i can retire. Just tell me two things that hopefully aren't a thing up there, noseeums and fire ants?
Love bugs in Florida are late April to late May and maybe a week or two in the fall
It felt like all year when I used to live there. Granted, that was a long time ago.
We relocated to Ocala Florida from Miami Beach for retirement as we already had a house here. In comparison there are two Florida s. Southern Florida South of Tampa/Orlando and Northern Florida ( Ocala, Gainesville region). There are actually small rolling hills here and the Ocala National Forest and Natural Springs state parks for kayaking. Also this region of Florida historically is able to avoid direct hits from hurricanes.
100% agreed. Always enjoyed my time spent around the Ocala area.
How much is the HOI in Ocala and Gainesville? And is it too crowded?
how funny, all these years I've bought guns online from Dahlonega Pawn & now I'm looking to move there from across the US.
I can't imagine wanting to be in either. I presume that both Ga and Fl are way too hot and humid half of the year. I'm newly semi-retired and I do a lot of cycling. I don't want to be confined to the inside of an air conditioned building for 7 mo of the year. I prefer northern CO. Not too hot in the summer and not too cold and icy in the winter.
North Georgia Mountains are beautiful year ‘round. Deep summer temps are bearable because of the canopy and elevation. Additionally, when we get the peak heat, we can enjoy the many lakes and rivers in the mountains to cool off. Boating, kayaking and stand up paddle boarding are all fun activities in the summer.
Love Colorado, we just love the Appalachians more…….
Don't forget vehicle/rv registration costs fla v ga.
Good call Jeff. Hope you're doing great!
Number one is alligators!!!
I'll stay where I am, thank you.
Tim stop telling ppl to come here!! I just escaped FL and now they are all coming here Noooooooooo…..😂
Ha! They’re coming, whether I post videos or not lol!
Neither. Stop encouraging people to move to the southern states. We are full.
BWUAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! Flori-DUH! or Georgia? Anyone considering those 2 vast mental wastelands with horrible weather and hurricanes is, well......they deserve to live there!
I'd take Miami over North Georgia.
I think I'd choose North Georgia. This video was super helpful! Thanks for the great content, Tim!
