tongue scraper is a gem. i’ve been using it for a while and it’s great. quick tip try not to spit the coconut oil out in the sink too often, it’ll cause blockage as it solidifies. Love your vids Phil! may The Most High bless you ❤
Since i started brushing teeth with tumeric, i never need tongue scraper anymore and Mouthwash eighter, plus my teeth are more white, but yes it does stain that is why i never tried it before. But i never need to worry about bad breath. Probably rinsing with tumeric would already help. Also after one year or so, my tongue would become more sensitive, so i would recommend people to give it a try

I’ve used keylimes for deodorant too. A convenient way to use it is to juice all the limes at once and freeze in an ice roller mold. You can keep it in the freezer and just roll it under your arms like a regular sword orang.

I absolutely love using my tongue scrapper. I recently started using it before and after wash and the difference is definitely noticeable. Never going back to just after wash again
What’s the difference
The major difference I noticed was how my mouth tastes after brushing my teeth when I scrap my tongue beforehand. Your mouth feels fresher and you can taste to freshness of your toothpaste better in my opinion. You’d be surprised how much comes off your tongue when you first use it

Hi Phil , little tip for your soap. Trry a cedar wood soap block it allows the water to run off and its no bacteria growth.
Been using key limes almost a year now they really do work. I personally think they make an individual smell better because you don’t have that deodorant smell you know ? Lol might just be me. Love the video ❤❤

By brushing twice a day, the enamel of the teeth comes into contact with fluoride, which protects the teeth better and makes the enamel harder. As a result, people who regularly brush with fluoride toothpaste have a lower risk of caries.
Fluoride is a toxin that has a lot more negative affects especially on ur brain then positives

Can attest that keylime helps with body odor. I've tried all sorts of deo for both men and women but nothing worked. I've since transitioned to unscented ammonium alum- based deo as it is less of a hassle to use. I've read that you can also use glycolic acid toner on your underarms. I've tried it and it works but I only use it weekly to kind of "deep clean" my armpits as I'm afraid it can be harsh to use it daily.
Thank you for the video! I'm not going to lie, when I saw you doing the limes underarms it was strange but I did it and can say it 100% works. It creates a citrus smell throughout the day and has no bad odour. One thing I wanted to ask is if it ever burns for you, Phil? - I know you touched on it in the video but I don't shave under my arms and it still burns sometimes, perhaps it is too much lime juice in those moments?
Also, if you don't already, I think you should definitely start adding flossing to your routine brother!
You might have sensitive skin. If the sting doesn't go away quickly after applying the lime, you might be allergic. Citrus left on my skin triggers a reaction (including the lime oil found in some natural, aluminum-free deodorants). I've found witch hazel toner to be a good alternative for me.
Flossing is a great self-care tip!

I tried switching to aluminum free and babyyyy….I should’ve did my research first because it didn’t hold me at all! Lol I can’t be around here smelling like no blooming onion!!! 🙅🏽♀️🙅🏽♀️🙅🏽♀️🤣🤣🤣 but yes I was told I have to detox my armpits first and either use limes or the glycolic serum. You know you can use lemon for deodorant and baking soda and peroxide plus lemon for toothpaste and for your tongue. I been using both for years and it works!💚

You can replace the key limes with ACV, which works perfectly !
The vinegar smells stronger than lime...I used ACV for 8 years til Phil put me on to lime...ACV is an alternative though.
