Yea eastenders seem to be just copying ideas from previous storylines and giving them to new characters with the odd tweak here and their or bringing back old characters hoping to get people back rather than coming up with something original, and every new character has to have some sort of dark past or is weird af no one is just a normal person, they're either stalkers, criminals, wife beaters, absent parents, never just someone looking to start a new business for example and because everyone is such an extreme character then it becomes the norm so sometimes having those normal characters is good for making the more exciting ones stand out more

That happens to me a lot as I’m autistic too. Never liked changes in my routine or any form of changes as that can cause me to have meltdowns. And yes they shouldn’t celebrate when a member of the committee has just passed away.

I loved Molly Rainford/Anna Knight on last year's Strictly Come Dancing run, but jesus, her new role in this is such a brat. Same's going with Elaine- WHY did the bloody producers have to bring her back with such a mockery choice of replacement actress and put her in charge of the Vic with Linda, eh? It should've been Sharon, she fully deserved to be Linda's partner and once again be running the good ole Vic like her parents Den and Angie once did. As with George, whose actor Colin Salmon I've been extremely familiar with for years as characters Leon Hamilton from series 1 of 'Death in Paradise' and Walter Steele in the US TV show of 'Arrow' for just two examples I can say about, well, I'll see what he does in the weeks to come before making my overall verdict with him, but I certainly did at least love his confronting of Nish and putting the SOAB in his place, and the fact that Phil and Jack know about him... NOW Nish is gonna be quivering in his shoes, YES, sir
I'm the same. It's just the first impression. But I think they'll become favourites and likeable. They just have a gob but I think George's kids are good people at heart.

This episode was so insensitive, in fairness George, Anna and even Elaine have gone up in my estimations since then however it just wasn't right bringing them into it the first episode after Lola had died and plus the way Gina and Anna both acted in the pub, the cafe and towards Ollie was horrible. They should have used this episode to moarn the passing of Lola and then introduce them the following week
