They are killing the game with broken patches and mediocre content drops. Sad state currently, they should have just handed those mines off bro. Could have used the memes as well. "Since children yearn for the mines, effectivity increased on production facilities so we're able to ship those AT mines after all." Furthermore, remember the AT mines will have to go through the full backlash process where people bitch about them being bad since they get triggered by Light enemies, so add in a month or two for the AT mines release.
In that the briefing for the Vernen Wells choice calls out the "fallen SEAF Training Facility", we have to consider the possibility that saving the kids will let us reopen the school. In that case, saving the kids is not only the moral option, it's the practical one. After all, the school liberation bonus is on all the time. I only ever see the existing mines on Extract Essential Asset missions, and I doubt the AT Mines will be any different. Save the kids!
My theory is Vessel 00 is the first Automaton ever made from Cyberstand. The Nucleus is the first and most prominent factory or planetary factory. The Final Collective, is what remains of the Cyborgs of old. BUT THATS MY THEORY! XD
@@ShiftyMoravianjust because there is no reward posting for saving the children doesn't mean you don't get something for doing it. For all we know we save the kids and we get the angel drone refitted and ready to go for helldivers 2 use retro fitted from hd1
I think getting a mission to operate orbital satellite's via a ship link to try and shoot down as many bot ships as possible would be pretty dope. Especially if it had reprecussion on the planet like meteor showers (debris burning up in atmosphere in streaks) for ships shot down far enough away. Or random lasers or munitions you fire at ships that got past you and into atmosphere having a chance of being a mission site and thus a random uncontrolled barrage or beam occurs in an area / the bot ship breaks up but doesn't burn and scatters shrapnel around (maybe some bots live)..
anti-tank mines would have fortified Anne's hospital, since the bots are basically walking tanks. this is what my inner Imperial Fists' urge to fortify positions is saying to me. my inner Iron Warriors' urge to fortify also knows those mines will kill the bots, and that makes me smile.
All i got for Nucleus is "the central and most important part of an object, movement, or group, forming the basis for its activity and growth." so thats most likely either its leader caste given the automatons are definitely NOT 100% machines (its still a running headcanon, pun intended, that the Automatons are human brains in metal bodies. Why else do they have a humanoid shape, sign war chants, need commissars, have decapitated bodies near field fabricator posts, etc) or it could be the central power network for the larger machines

There is no asset in game's code that suggest we will get ANYTHING special for the kids. It is possible we will get them either way, but it's also possible we will just get some abstract bonus BS, instead of TANGIBLE FUCKING STRATEGEM. I shall eat my hat if I'm wrong, but you bet I'm not.
