I don't think you are bragging. You worked hard for what you have and you should be very proud.
Tessie Dobey: Right! 👍🏻 Greetings from Germany 😉🍀
Sudsington Palace! Great name! You are not bragging! You have worked hard for your business, it was highly requested and I can tell that you are a nice person as well. Well done 👍🏻!
For your lye consider a large plastic bin, even a trash can, put the whole bag in the can, open the bag once in the can and use it from the bag inside of the can.
Hey sweety, as a soaper I watched and was like, awesome space and great setup! As a mom, all I could think was, wow, how proud your mom must be at how well you have done all this and you are going to continue to be amazing. Hugs~ Kimberly
You should never feel like you are bragging or showing off. Its your business and you have worked very hard to get to where you are. Its a beautiful studio, job well done! (side note I do understand you do have to say that because some people are negative against videos like this ) but you do you
You are so precious Katie!!! So thankful for you and how awesome you are doing with your soap biz at such a young age. Your soapy room is fabulous! God Bless You!
Your space is absolutely wonderful! I had a silly thought about all your bags of colorants on the counter, and what if you were to put up a little clothesline type setup under the window, with a wire strung between two pegs. Then you can pin up the bags and easily see the colors, plus they're up off your workspace. :)
Your studio looks terrific and a great space for you to work Now coms a suggestion- I am in the process of a massive and much overdue house "spring clean and organization". This comes on the heels of a MAJOR redo of my craft space because it dawned on me that if you throw everything onto a shelf or in one big drawer you make big messes and you can't find anything. So, I would highly suggest you put things into containers organized however you like to- so for instance I would put all of those bags of colorant into a long- maybe 10 inches x 3 inches acrylic container. I bought a bunch of bamboo and acrylic containers at Bed Bath and Beyond. From experience I would also avoid the cheap stuff and buy the better made because it will hold up better. I would organize the bottles of fragrance into acrylic boxes. You can separate them however it makes sense to you but I would probably choose to group them by fragrance type or supplier. Grabbing the "floral" box is much easier than searching through bottles, knocking some over as you go, only to have to continue to hunt the next time you want a fragerence . The mold mess on the bottom shelf would be much improved w/maybe a 2 or 3 large plastic totes to separate them- again by what ever makes sense to you. It will allow you to find the correct mold faster and I suspect it will keep the molds in better shape because you won't having to go through ALL of them all every time you want to use one. Hope these suggestions help you save time. My kitchen looks incredible and everything has a place. My big issue was a family that didn't like to put things back where they belong so things were thrown into the general area they needed to be AND my children's love of tea which has not weight and therefore falls off of it's shelf over and over and over until I wanted to scream. Now the loose bags of tea we buy by the pound is in one long acrylic box- such as what I suggest you put your bagged colorants. The boxed tea is in another box intended for the regenerator but works well in the pantry and the bags that are wrapped but not enough left in the box to justify keeping the box are in a small lidded container. There is no more tea is raining down in my pantry and mama is happy.
You could probably use a nice wide recipe box to keep your powdered colorant packets organized. (:
Or a shoe box. I use them for organizing everything.
Thanks for sharing! I'm so happy you have a place to soap that's just for soap, how nice for you !! The pictures with the teapots and service pieces are perfect for your soap studio. Love all your video's and watching your growing success.
I just love your studio! I am quickly outgrowing my basement! Thanks for taking us on a tour!
Hi Katy...I was one of your Royal Court that wanted to see the Palace...Absolutely amazing...No jealousy here, just joy for you and your family that must be sooo proud of you. I still have to make my first soap. I am kind of ashamed because I have more than the materials I need. I have been collecting for three years. But I work as an interpreter for the Deaf sometimes 10 hours a day and also am a Pastor along with my husband and have 5 living chidren and 17 grandchildren, three of which live in Dallas. Not too far from you..Anyway congrats and you are an amazing women of GOD!! Hugs!
Oh my goodness I wish I could make our own soaps.
I don't see it as bragging at all.
You have a hobby/career you enjoy people have asked to see and you shared with all of us. Thank you.

New favorite video!
I make candles and the best way to store my color chips is little salad dressing containers I get from the dollar store. I get 10 for a $1. They have so many great storage options I would highly recommend for your powders colorants 😁 Btw I love all your videos! You have such a fun personality and your soaps are so beautiful and creative! 💜

This is really nice! I love your videos! Just curious, is this a separate workshop/building/trailer from your home? Did you purchase/rent this or have it built? I saw that water heater and it's giving me ideas for my very own space. I know you need that hot water for dishes! Also, are you on city water or septic? If you're on septic, do you have any tips for running a soap business on that?
It isnt bragging, lol but that made me giggle tho! Love it, thanks Katie!
