Welcome
Thanks for this informative lecture
In distallizatiom how amount of space that can be obtain or provide if we use tad in distalliztion
May be up to 6mm
Thanks dear dr very nice presentation
What is the steps have to follow in moderate crowding /openbite
Can demon braces be used for creating spaces without extraction
You can expand the arch to create space. You can use self ligating brackets like Damon
Good to remind
also kindly cover traumatic displacment of teeth plz
Great Video ✅
Thanks 💯

Hi Dr. how is it going?
I have a patient who is nearly 9 years old and needs to expand her maxilla.. but one of her upper first molars is badly carious and the D and E are still present and in a good condition.. can we put a molar band on the E or D..as increasing the retention of the appliance.. in case if we focuss on restoring the molar tooth as much as possible..or there is a risk of mobility?
thank you so much..
God bless you..
Expand her maxilla by telling her to rest her tongue against the palate, and tell her to breathe nasally with lips sealted. Considering the patient's young age, maxillary expansion per tongue positioning is conducive to expansion of the upper dental arch and, give or take, correct facial growth.

thank you so much 🌺🌺
do you. have any program to digital analyse the amount of crowding immediatelly. ??????
No sorry
Is the tongue responsible for palate expansion?
Tongue position plays an important role

I knew it, doctor. Thanks for your reply. I wonder why this knowledge is not mainstream. It would pretty much cure the epidemic of poor facial growth and crowding of the teeth. Furthermore, a diet consisting of a higher masticatory force would encourage proper growth of the mandible. Crooked teeth are not genetic but an environmental cause. A couple of hundred years ago, crooked teeth and dental growing were a rare occurrence. Thus it is sound to deduce that environment is the main culprit for a subpar dentition.
Thank you for this video! I just have one question, doesn't enamel stripping in the posterior teeth create a ledge? In what cases it is advised to remove enamel from the posterior teeth?
Not if you cut all the way through but the contact area would be rougher and wider
Dr akram, what if the mandi ular incisors dont have enough bone to procline to 90 degrees what can be done
Don't procline out of the bone
@@alhuwaizi thank you dr akram can a bone graft help you procline more ?
do you aid surgical procedure of edwards to eliminate relapse after derotation. and using. it in your clinic every time??
I use pericision in severe rotation cases
Great video.. I have a question
Is it possible to have braces after getting implants for upper central incisors(post accident). The braces are required for space creation for the crowns of already placed implants since the upper central incisors were initially rotated (before the accident) and were occupying less space and were protruding
Does it hurt when making space?
Unfortunately dentist mostly go directly to extraction.
In some cases extraction is inevitable. Dentist need to properly evaluate and plan accordingly
Sir for 1 degree upper incisor proclination how much mm we gain the space.?
Thank you for much for very informative lesson 🙏🙏👍👍
You're welcome
