    Thanks again Ben. I’m enjoying this series very much. I’ve recently heard from Dr. Jack Kruse that if you are aging you need more sun and less muscle because the mitochondria you need in your organs will be all in your muscle and cause heard failure. He is strictly against workout out inside because of all the blue light that raises insulin and cortisol. I was wondering wether you’ve heard that before?
