Very helpful tutorial. Solid workflow to get to the result. Might I suggest a small trick to speed up the process a bit? Around the 25:00 minute mark when you are hand selecting each triangle to change the gradient orientation, you can speed things up a bit by shift-selecting multiple random triangles around the pattern, then open the gradient palette and adjust the angle from there. This will shift all selected triangles to that angle. Rinse and repeat! It is not quite as precise, but it allows you to get whole sections oriented similarly and quickly, then you can go in and refine.
