Good luck with a 12 hour shift
I suppose I oughta do one of these online course things sometime. Without yt tho itd need ads of some sort with a landing page on a personal website. Maybe teachable to deliver the product. Can’t rlly tell if the market’s over saturated till you try I guess, huh? Seems like tons of people are doing it recently tho
Is it possible for me (A 12 year old) to still get into ivy league while having a yt shorts addiction, as well as grades consecutively
being 6s,7s and 8s (IB curriculum)
@@shace2932 working out/exercising actually helps focus. So that will actually improve your learning. That’s the first thing I might work on since it’s a double benefit. From there, think about what careers sound cool to you, and maybe pick up some skills like Excel, learning how to code, a new language, an instrument etc. these hobbies might help you in choosing whatever clubs you want to join in high school, which if you rise to president/ vice president in at some point, look very good.
To get better grades, first priority is creating a good study space to get into a “flow state”, and depending on your schedule certain times will actually be more valuable for you in terms of productivity(you’ll have to discover that for yourself).
As for learning/studying, there is encoding and retrieval-you need both of these. Encoding is how you *think* about the information(ie, making connections across different concepts and evaluating their value in comparison to other concepts [value comparison of difft topics is also useful when cornered into a cramming scenario]).
Retrieval is how you *apply* those interconnected concepts; practice tests will reveal gaps in your knowledge-even if you get a question right and were unsure about it, that still suggests a knowledge gap.
The position you’re at rn is extremely favorable, so make the most of it
@@shamei7295 8 subjects sounds kinda bad, but i figure since its only 18 credits it cant be an utterly insane amt of content.
just cover em all broadly the first day to see whats the highest priority[do not know well but seem to play a big role in the overall picture]; base this study on the type of questions you figure will be most likely, or concepts that are most critical to your understanding to the wider picture in each subject.
second day focus on mid priority[know fairly well and are important, know poorly/decent importance].
If you feel that you have the time, day 3 can do the less priority topics; if possible, these may either be irrelevant or be possible to learn by using the higher priority items that you've already got a decent sense of. Otherwise, day 3 you can actively look for knowledge gaps thru retrieval/practice on info you learned in the past 2 days.
The more you can cover and pick up here and possibly even connect not only within but even between subjects will help your retrieval for the last few days, where you will continue to search for and fill knowledge gaps.
To encode right in the first 2/3 days you must focus on the relationship btw individual elements and the entire picture; main focus these days is how you *think* abt the info.
If you choose to use day 3 to study the low priority items, make sure you also do some retrieval on the higher priority stuff from day 1 and 2 that day also.
Remaining days review whatever assortment of the subjects you see fit/as most important by doing practice/retrieval(likely in the form of practice problems/past hw questions you struggled on/any useful content fr/the class, flashcards for things you just need to memorize and not know with a larger scope of mastery) to locate gaps in your knowledge.
When you find the gaps, think about why that knowledge escaped your previously formed schema of info in the previous days, and try to rework it to integrate that gap. If that lack of knowledge was conceptual, that is. Otherwise, just do more practice on the type of thing you missed.
"this where all the students go when they're in the absolute trenches"
"so obviously it was crowded" 😭😭
Excuse me English is my third language, can you explain what “absolute trenches” mean, I could not find it’s meaning in the dictionary
@@nairobipwflit basically means when they're very broke but the" trenches "basically means like a relatively broke people area
What if someone kick me out if I go there
@@nairobipwflthey’re all taking finals and struggling a lot/ suffering lol
I'm left with 10 days for my semester final exam and everyone is expecting me to fail idk but I'm a little scared if I fail I'm gonna be talk of the year I just finished my late night study though sleep is important but I can't get balanced sleep
10 hrs wasted at school
9 hrs study and homework assignments
2 hrs Cleaning up ,chores,eating
So probably 3 hrs of sleep (not to mention procrastination)
Changing your scenery and getting those walks in between study sessions is important and not talked about enough!! Two-ish cups of coffee is not that bad at all. Just make sure you are sleeping well! Good luck to those of you studying for finals and other major exams!❤️
Out of topic, but I really love your pfp...
Wish you Happy married life♡
@@simransonkusare4602 Aww thank you so much!!!
Coffee doesn’t seem to work for me so I drink energy drinks. Just like one though
@@simransonkusare4602 thank you!!❤️
the way she held the coffee and berries made me so anxious but good on you to balance while being sleepy.
Hmmm
The first study cabin was so good for someone like me who gets distracted so fast
Yeah relatable
Fr I need to be alone while studying or else I would just look at everyone and everything but my notes
@@ThePersonWhoAsked2137.... and that's me
That's me
Your videos have helped me get back into study during my summer holidays in Australia, Thanks! 😊
AUSSIES 😊

I'm not Australian but I was born in Australia can I just say why is it soooo EXPENSIVE 😅😅😅 at l ast where I live
I think I fell in love with the first study cabin 😭😭😭
Wow girl that’s crazy, I honestly could never imagine studying for 12 freaking hours dawn to dusk, that’s amazing that ur able to pull this off so keep going 😭😭💗💗
This is why she’s in Harvard’s and we’re in her comment section 😂
She wasn’t though. She took breaks which is good. But sitting down for 12 hours isn’t worth it

@@triptibisht1656🗿
its easier than it looks but you def have to work up to it!! Its taken me around six months to build up to ten/eleven hours, i usually do four 3hrs cycles of 50/10 pomodoros, and tbh, unless you have an unending mountain of work in front of you, i wouldnt recommend it. Like, unless you have harvard-level finals wanting to get an A, or preparing a hard civil service exam, theres no need to have this schedule
broooo she looked so exhausted after that !
i really REALLY hope you did well
I did 😊
@@ultimateivyleagueguideyay!
I like the way you work hard knowing that it'll pay off, it kinda definetely helps me with my procrastination, thank you!!
Wow determination right there
That first library looks so cute! Good luck on your finals ❤
I hope your exams went well!
Honestly your level of diligence and focus inspires me :)
Yeh I always remember myself It is not about how hours you are studying its all about concentration .❤
So sometimes, students at my uni get two papers in one day. And i learnt my lesson my 1st semester caise i swe ky seniors dying out there. Now i study in small portions throughout the year, qlong with ky research and assignments. And a month before, i revise. This soinds nerdy but saves the panicky situations before finals.
I like the way you work hard and you know it pays off, this shorts you make kinda help me get through procrastination, thank you!!
Girlie gets no break/stops 😭😭
This makes me motivated to study 😄
You go girl I would have fallen asleep within the first two hours😅
Good Luck ❤
Honestly I’ve heard that studying in Harvard is not that hard (not as hard as we all think) and it’s just a prestigious school because it’s hard to get in it
I love how you edit!! It’s so nice ✨
The fact that you have multiple libraries to use other than your dorm room is soooooo cool. I mean, my college offers just one library that too only for 8 hrs in the day.
Harvard students are sooooo luckyyyyyy❤
Good job girl! Study hard! Also those blueberries are the besst!
I admire your diligence. You're very focused. 😊
Hii , I started watching your videos 2 years ago and you actually inspired me a lot last year I got 2nd place in the hole school this is all beacuse I started following some of your techniques
✨️✨️PRO TIP: To get the full benefit of the "boost" from coffee, drink it black. Any milk or cream kinda cancels out the effect✨️✨️
I kinda dream of this life, best of luck for your exam ❤
If I got these places to study.....then I will never stop....😶✨️
The libraries at Harvard go hard ngl
This is the most determined person ever!
I’ve never seen your videos before so congratulations for getting into Harvard
Coffee is life. I never liked it but that changed quickly in my first final week😂
ALL YHE BEST FOR YOUR FUTUREEEEE
GO GIRLLLL YOU GOT THIS 💪🏻💪🏻
Love your work ethic!
You always have a 12-page research paper T_T and you do it at the very end of the day. Like a hobby. Omg salute.
U are soo hardworking! Times are so stressful especially at finals u r soo inspiring
Am I the only who can’t study in libraries? I can only focus in my own room!
Try to use headphones and listen to calm music in the library :)
@@turtleteacher lol I can’t study with noises around either. The place has to be quiet!
People in Harvard studying 12 hours 😂, meanwhile me studying 15 hours minimum for a year now just to get selected in IIT
Those study areas look amazing
SOOOO PRODUCTIVE MANNNN! AND EFFICIENT TOO!! I WANNA BE LIKE YOU!! ❤❤❤
bro i could never
i wish i was that consistent!!
i’m obsessed with those snacks!!
My longest was 18 hour study for JEE Advanced
My longest was 22 hours , attended viva direct at 7 am , followed by dropping dead in bed , during my third professional mbbs exams , if we had 2 or 3 days before the exam, we studied non stop , I went to sleep at 4am and tell my friend to wake me up at 5 because I know he will not sleep , and if he does not wake me up , I would sleep fr 3 days . But who asked?
Thank you so much how to manage time i find your time management perfect during school exams
One day I will be a student at this UNI
I can't study for 12 hrs like her, nor do I have libraries any closer than minimum 12kms from my home, nor do I have that scenery, because pollution and garbage everywhere here. But I sure can have my two cups of coffee and then balance it out with berries and we're even. 😂 She's the absolute vibe, even while studying for 12 hrs, she's so energetic. Contagious energy!!
You studied 10 hour first session 2hours
Second session 3.5 hour
Third one 1hour
Forth one 2 hour.
Last one 1.5 hour
Total =10 not 12
Woow...that study sessions are really helpful for my exam to manage my wasting time properly in Sri Lanka, thank u❤
It's my wish to study at library like this!! Sadly there is no library heck not even cafe so most of the timw i study at home,,, sometimes it gets too boring
I'm binge watching your vids so the story is I've exams in exactly 40 days And I've not touch anything yet So I felt a bit hopeless but Ig GOD showed and motivated me through your vids thanks a bunch and take care
THANK YOU FIR INSPIRING US
If I leave my sit during finals in the library then I ain't getting it back so I always go well prepared. I buy my lunch or take sandeich and snacks and energy drinks and sometimes coffee in termos. I am sitted all day that way but usually I am not productive so I end up going home 😂
and here i am studying 16 to 18..19 hours daily as a 11 grader jee aspirant :) watching this in my 2min break
All the best
When I attempted to ielts i was study 12 hour a day in 2 months unstoppable and I got 7,5 😊❤❤❤
I don't know why but seeing you using copy and pen is quite satisfying may be because nowadays maximum students use ipad or tablet for note-taking....
Love from India...❤❤😊😊😊
You go, girl!
This is inspiring me to go study organic chem, thanks 😭😭
Only 12 ! We study 15 hours a day for jee adv.
Gosh
I'm rooting for you ❤
Any tips for staying awake while studying?
Wow this session would have been amazing.
How come I don’t have a lot of libraries at uni but then again I’m in France and education is free here so I shouldn’t complain
Amazing! Keep going!
my role model😭😭💖
Love the song choice on this vídeo
You're a hard worker and in this life you might never truly find rest. What if I tell you that you can find rest for eternity? In Heaven? All you have to do is repent of your sins and believe the Gospel and put your trust in and live for Jesus. Salvation is free and Jesus really truly loves you so so much.😊❤❤❤
love seeing people spread the gospel in comment sections 🫶🏼
Her work ethic is better than my entire school career
I wished my university was like Harvard. So pretty!!
I wish the place i live had these many libraries...
meanwhile my crowded uni having only one not-so-big library 💀
I’m a chem major with a philosophy minor !
The cabin Library is just 👍🏻👍🏻🤧
/why do you do philosophy as a pre med student
When I watch your video I don't know why but it motivates me to study📚✏😅
You are so inspiring.
Oh your study in college Harvard so amazing I want to go same college so can you tell me mor about this college and how I can study there for ❤🙌📚🦋🦋🦋
I don’t think food in libraries is allowed anywhere
Can you say something about procrastination? How do you deal with that?
The second she brought out the brookside chocolate i realized I was eating the same flavor of brookside
literally my dream life
She always looks soo exhausted in her videos ☹️ I don’t miss those days.
I'm curious, how do you prevent yourself from burnout? I could use some tips.
Good luckkk ❤
organic chemistry? philosophy? what?
Me who is studying 14 -16 hrs everyday for my upcoming neet exams😢
12 hrs studying is heaven
I don't know you but I'm proud of you!!! ☺️☺️☺️🤠
I'm studying orgo across the at boston university rn and it's brutal
Do you have an tips for studying in college?
How do u manage with distractions
Generally
Have you checked if you have ADHD?
@@krislv9219Not everyone has ADHD. A distraction can be as simple as a phone.
I always plan my days by the hour the night before, so I am less inclined to go on my phone if I know I have hourly “deadlines”
@@ultimateivyleagueguide Interesting, I never thought of studying that way. 🤔
@@ultimateivyleagueguidesounds like a hourly style of the pomodoro technique
Omg this is so good
Idk how you do it. Its probably my chronic illness, but I'd be asleep in 30 minutes after trying to study
That's how you actually didn't study for 12 hours.. Most of the time you spend on travelling & eating.. How can it all build up 12 hours?? If you're adding your eating, refreshing, vedio making & travelling time into those 12 hours.. That's not how what it actually works
Normal moroccan high school students who choosed SC.math study hours
Omgggggggg. I study for 12h how quirky.
Gurl u ok,that ain’t alright plz
It’s honestly concerning how people idolise this. It definitely works for her, but not everyone can or should do this! Sleep when tired, and don’t measure study time by hours is my advice to everyone watching.
Me: cant focus anything else, either the song at the back!! :DDddd
I too just completed 15 hrs of study today
This gave me flashbacks
I LOVE THOSE CHOCOLATES OMG
I really need to learn how to study. I’m going into high school next year and i seriously and worried. I always get so overwhelmed before tests and it really makes me lose all motivation. Please let me know how to study 😭
