Lol I had to densify a floor one day and I was kinda new so I wanted to densify it solo and make me look good...I forgot to mix the densefier with water and when the floor wasn't grinding property my co workers looked at me and said did you mix the densefier with water? ummmmm yea bro of course lol kept that secret until the day I quit

Great looking final result. A OH&S question - re 'free 'silica' (and why sandblasting is now banned in most regions) from the concrete as it gets polished (polishing removes surface the surface - no matter how fine) - have you ever done any air sample tests? I would like to think that this method seems relatively safe - but just because you cannot see the silica in the air - that does not mean it is not there. Operating on a 'better to be safe than sorry' basis - any suggestions to ensure operators do not develop silicosis of the lungs? I would like to do this concrete treatment to several large concrete projects I hope to commence in 2021. Have a nice day all. CHEERS from AUSTRALIA.

It's easier to Densify when you use a sprayer to spray the densefier around instead of just pouring a shit ton on the floor
