- So I got my hands on an S-Max controller board from Aliexpress and stuck it in my Mini S Segway, strapped on a parallel LiPo pack and bosh it goes like stink!!!

Can you do a video about the parallel battery mod? I have an s-max hoverboard for my gokart kit but the battery only lasts 15-20 minutes or so (off-road, a bit longer on-road), I'd love to be able to extend that.

Apparently the motors are at max rpm now so the speed mod won't do anything.

Yes, you'd need to ditch the standard controller and upgrade to a VESC based controller like a Flipsky.
