Ok na sana pra sakin kya lng ung pag punta sa terrace sa taas eh dadaan p s kwarto , mas ok sana kung hiwalay ung hibdi na dadaan s kwarto
Downstairs living room has sub-standard viewing of the TV, staircase being right next to a couch would probably result in guests not wanting to use the stairs and distract people in the living room, downstairs bathroom doesn't have a separate toilet/ shower which would just be awkward and the upstairs lounge room would absolutely noise clash with the downstairs lounge room if both TV's are playing.
Otherwise it's a very nice design.

Sir napakaganda house..pwde po ba request ganitk design pero magdagdag ng isang room
It's well thought out but given the small dimensions then you really have to prioritize function over form. Every inch of space needs to be maximized. These houses shouldn't have porches/balconies (this space should be allocated to the living/family room upon entry & the master bedroom upstairs. Other than that, the only issue is the waste of space regarding the staircase. In something this small, a space saver spiral stairs should be used. This way there will be no wasted open spaces used up by the staircase. On the top floor, that empty space could be used to add another bedroom, enlarge the existing bedrooms or whatever takes your fancy.
I agree. The space allocated for the balcony will be better utilized as an extra room that can be used for anything. I am not a fan of balconies especially in small houses. Its just a waste of space, and it has such a limited use.

Sir pwede rin po parequest downhill slope ang design ng lupa na 2-storey with 3 bedrooms na bahay. meron pong terrace sa taas. yung size po nasa 6m × 7m.
Amazing design! Can I request a 6x10 lot with a bit of space allowance on the edge and in front for a little space for grotto. With a little bar area and Atleast 3 bedrom and 1 bedroom has an access to the terrace and 1 extra small room for extra clothing and etc. Thank you

We’re having a 200sqm rectangular lot. Can you please give me an idea with the house plan? A two storey house. I want an open concept living room, dining room and a kitchen with one bedroom on the ground floor, plus dirty kitchen, deep well (poso) laundry area at the back and a terrace in front of the main door, with just one car garage on the left hand side slight elevated and T&B. And on the first floor a balcony, masters bedroom with our own T&B, his and her sink, bathtub, standing shower,a nice walk-in closet, our own coffee station inside our room, small fridge inside our room, small sitting area inside our room, and access with the balcony inside our room. plus two more rooms if possible on this floor and another separate T&B.With a small backyard. Color of the house is white and gray.

maganda at simpleng bahay..napansin q sa structural, kong 6x8meters at sa loob wala akong nakitang poste sa gitna..paano po kaya maitatayo na matibay?
Nice design sakto po sa lupa namin. Kaso po need namin na may garahe para sa 1 tricycle at 2 motors. Ano po kaya magandang iadjust dito? May 1 room din po sa ground floor.
