Hello, Janice! I loved the concept of this house floor plan design. Though I can't literally pay you for my request but just in case for your viewers' references, can you create a floor plan design like this concept and design but in 60 sq. m.? 1st floor - living/dining/kitchen area are all in one place with 1 Bedroom for 2 pax and T&B; 2nd floor - 2 separate Bedrooms for 2 pax each, T&B, balcony/terrace that connects both 2 bedrooms; 3 floor - Roof deck. - tas with 2nd flr na malaking masters bedroom (4x4m), with walkin closet (2x4m) and masters bathroom total (2x4m)
- and front porch sa masters (1.5x3m) for coffee in the mornings
- and malaking back porch sa masters (3x3m or 4x3m) na pwede lagyan ng extra sofa and jacuzzi 😅
- all windows pala is jalousie para maaliwalas

Please po pwd po pa request po ng 50sq house po na yung ground floor ay parking area lang at tindahan po. Tapos po yung sa 2nd floor na po ay may 1 room tapos nandun na po yung kusina at living room. Tapos po sa 3rd floor po kuwarto na po.
