    🤓This is so fun!! I'm actually sitting here eating chow mein that I cooked myself and seasoned with your Wok With Tak Basic Seasoning Mix!!! It is so delicious. I almost made lo mein tonight but pted for chow mein instead because I love the stir-fried noodles.

    I like your stuff and watched many of your videos, but wish you would add temperature control dynamics to the demonstrations. Perhaps first establish a scale for the audience to reference with the smoke point temperature of oil as the high of 10 on the scale when you first season the stainless steel wok. It's important to have a feel and understanding for the temperature and cook time balance for each ingredient. It may be second nature to you, but not to a novice.
