i think having a big chainring should match your power output. this pros has 300 to 450 ftps, so basically thye neeed bigger chainrings to avoid over spinning. but if youre new and just got 140 watts of ftp. i think it is not suitable for them to have those big chainrings. for me being comfortable on how you spin the chainring will do like 80 to 95 rpm.

i really dont understand why coach gets a lot of flack. His theories and explanation makes perfect sense! Thats exactly how i teach skills too... i base it on how the body naturally moves/works.

Thank you my friend. Usually in this generation, when an individual presents an alternative and does not follow the narrative, you get cancelled and others follow to avoid getting mocked. But most of our subscribers are critical thinking viewers and they understand logic

Thanks to your bikefitting theory(center of gravity), inapply ko sya sa full rigid MTB ko. Sobrang comfortable ng posture ko na nagagawa ko magbike to work ng 6 days 22kms/day tapos yung natitirang araw na off ko nakakabike pa ako minsan mga 60kms.

Sa umpisa plang you appear in you tube .. I already know that your the one that il understand that easy almost anything about proper efficientdriding ang kinds of bikes and parts needed for a speedier bike skills needed by any kind of rider and to include safety ,nutrition and gears needed to enjoy riding and assurance of getting into a competitive rider if decided to join races or just fun rides.. That's why I still cannot understand why there's bathers or misbelief individuals that debunks your teachings.. for me you gave me the best info's not to mention saving lots of money time and effort experimenting by myself alone or follow those who misleads riders for the benefit of their own gain.. pero diko sinabi na Yung mga giant bike manufactures ha or Chinese and other no quality bikes manufactures..lol😅😅😅
