Not trying to trash talk your video, but I was interested to see what you would put on there for $300 for someone who didn't already have a bow or sights, rest, etc. You should have got a sight and rest for that bow instead of throwing stuff you already had on there. I think you should make another video. I wouldn't buy anything, but just go on amazon and show someone what they should buy for that bow. Just say you got 150 in the bow without the restring price and then actually finish building the bow and stay around your $300 mark. Not being mean, but a fast Eddie or QAD is not something someone who is trying to stay sub $350 is probably not going to get especially new(if it comes on a used bow they get good for them). It would be better and more meaningful if you actually gave your recommendation on what sight, rest, quiver, and maybe a stabilizer for beginners. Most people who are going to be looking at this video don't know what is an actually good sight for a budget and not just junk. Again not being mean or anything, but I think you missed the whole point of your own video. If I was just getting into archery I would not know what to get. I would suggest either making a new video explaining and walking someone through what to get or at least in the description list links to something you would recommend to someone building their first bow or looking into doing it on the cheap. Also if you are going to recommend people to go the used bow route you need to tell them stuff they need to look for when buying a used bow. (I know you bought yours online, but if someone meets in person they need to know things to look for. Got my @ss burnt when I bought my first bow which was used. Lots of stuff was wrong with it but did not know what to look for.) Just more of your audience for this video have either not had/purchased a bow before or looking to upgrade from there basspro diamond edge sb1(which is not a bad starter bow at all). You did do a good job on your video as far as speaking clear, having good quality video/audio and the way you presented the video. The idea/concept for the main idea was a wonderful topic to cover on. I just remembered watching a lot of these kinds of videos whenever I was buying my first bow. Again not being mean. Just some constructive crit. One last thing if you are going to do a series either upload them once a week or just make one big video. I know people includding myself hate having to track down pt2 and stuff like that. The entire series runtime was short enough you could get by with one video or two. Your videos are better than mine, so keep it up!

FurrRealAdventures I covered the accessories portion of the build in episode 3. I’ll post a link here:

I decided to go with accessories I already owned just to save on cost for myself. I still covered everything on the accessory front and what I would look for.
