Yes this is a commercial juice machine great for cafes, restaurants, juice bars, and holistic healing centers.
I'm recommend Santos 65 cold press. It's cost $5600 and produce 40 liter per hour
The santos is not a real cold press, it is a masticating juicer, and the product it makes is very different than juice made on a real press like the X-1 Mini.
I´m currently doing research into the best commercial juicers for my juicing business. I´d like to know whether or not the grinding mechanism defeats the object of fruits and veg being cold pressed? If not, then what makes it different to the centrifugal mechanism of a blender? Does the grinding mechanism not produce heat which in turn destroys the natural cellular structure of the juice that we want from a cold pressed system? Also how long did this system take to produce the juice in the video?
The juice extraction does not happen while grinding, the juice extraction happens during pressing which is a gentle process. But in a centrifugal juicer, the extraction is from high speed grinding and spinning. The process is very different and affects the juice quality a lot.

The X-1 Mini takes about 5 minutes to make 1-2 liters of juice, depending on the ingredients. Some juice drips out of the produce prior to pressing, yes. Most of the extraction happens during the press cycle, though.

Can this machine be used to juice coconut kernel producing coconut milk? Also would this machine be suitable for juicing lemongrass? What is the cost of this machine? I live in Trinidad and Tobago and would like to have this machine for my Natural Bath and Body Products company.
Coconut milk is usually created by blending coconut meat in with the coconut water, and is not generally made in a juicer. This does not process lemongrass well because it's too much like wood sticks, very hard to juice.
