Every time I hear this man solo I know it’s in key of Wes and the mode of Hauch. Oh don’t even get me started on these dark grooves with such brute articulation he pumps out so effortlessly. Instantly recognizable.

Wes I want to thank you, and I mean truly thank you for getting me into the Iceman. I used to hate the shape, but a while after seeing your customs I moved away from a really bad place to a new city, hit a pawn shop that had some guitars and found a beat up 2003 IC300 that I absolutely adore. I now have a 7 string iceman sort of like yours here but with an RGD neck and a body I randomly found that was a perfect fit and a truly weird one in the works with a Roadcore neck and a jazzmaster hardware and electronics setup.
In short, thanks for opening me up to new ideas :)

I just bought one 7 string doing a replica of this.
People have been asking for that for years and years (me included). Unfortunately IMO Ibanez not gonna make it happen unless Wes plays some tippy tappy clean math rock and get some neck tats. Coz that’s what sells according to them I guess lol

You've got the sound & skill of Soreption, Entheos, the groove of nearly every djent band, the Jeff Loomis style soloing and rhythms and grooves, with the heaviness and tone. Perfect.
One of the best songs on the album and only my second fave behind Anodyne, keep putting it out Wes!

I literally couldn't even imagine a heavier tone than this. Like I've been trying to create my own tone that's just as heavy as I could possibly think of but this is it. I want to match this tone but not that I'm just copying it but I just really feel that this is my tone. Alluvial is easily my favorite band and my whole life I've always said that I'm not sure what my favorite is

That is a pretty Iceman. Ibanez really need to release more new Iceman models, I absolutely crave a bolt-on baritone Iceman with just a bridge pickup, just balls to the wall riff machine.

Wes are u in A standard? Sounds so nasty man. The distortion is so clean! You honestly have the cleanest distortion I’ve heard. I mean I know that sounds like a contradiction lol!!! Cause distortion isn’t clean, but it just has so much bite bro!! Would love to know the amp you used.
