1 Hour FULL BODY DUMBBELL WORKOUT at Home | Caroline Girvan

- This 1 hour full body dumbbell workout will hit every single muscle in your body to help make you stronger, build muscle and burn energy!
The exercises within this dumbbell workout will be hitting our entire lower body, upper body, abs and core throughout, whilst also improving balance, co-ordination and mind to muscle connection.
You will need a mat and a pair of dumbbells. I am using 2 x 10 kg dumbbells for your reference.
Each exercise is performed for 45 seconds, 15 seconds to then get ready for next exercise! Every 3rd exercise is a staple exercise relating to either lower body or upper body and will be bodyweight only!
This real time workout consists of:

Please remember to make this your own workout... take a break as and when you need to. Simply change the exercise to whatever suits you such as leg lower perform with bent knees or alternating leg and push ups on knees!
Ensure you spend at least 5 minutes warming up prior to beginning this full body workout.

Do this everyday and you´re guaranteed not to progress after day five. Your body needs rest. Yes, you´ll still burn calories like crazy but you´ll feel awfull and the training will become hellish.

Perfect timing! I came on to get a full body dumbbell workout and this had just been uploaded! I really enjoyed it and managed to push through all exercises although I did have to go on my knees for some of the push ups! Now time to make a coffee before the toddler wakes up! Feeling strong 💪🏼💖

Every single muscle was worked! I was having a crappy day, but this workout helped so much. And I don't know how but I feel a bit stronger (was able to use my 8 lbs on almost every exercise). I love this woman - Caroline you are so motivating!

Thanks so much Caroline! I’ve been working out with your videos for almost a month now and it’s been so great. I did really enjoy this particular set of exercises, with one non-weight exercise for every third. It broke out the repetitive pattern and made time fly by really fast.

One of my favorite workouts of yours and I've done a TON! I love that it's a full hour, no repeat besides the 3 staple moves, and it's full body hitting all areas! Wow this was perfect! Due to life/work from home/quarantine challenges I have not been able to work out for 3 days straight. This is just what I needed to reset my body. The extended stretch at the end was perfect! Also just what I needed for my under worked and over stress body.

Hi Caroline, just done your back workout as a longer warmup...really good. I love doing body weight back exercises...I always think they go really well with abs work. Now that I am warmed up I am all ready to go with this...just working out what to use as weights for each exercise...I see you begin with a real tough one!!
We are going on holiday for 2 weeks tomorrow...the north Norfolk coast. We were meant to go at Easter but weren’t allowed to travel in April. But I will take my band and iPAD so will be set up for exercise on the go. Are you going to get a holiday at any time? You must need it as you have been working so hard.

Oh myyyy! That was an amazing workout 💪👏 15 min into the workout I kept telling myself only 3 x 15 minutes left.. another 15 minutes in I said come on ur half way thereee. another 15 and I was getting mad haha but I kept going. FINALLY its almost towards the end and I kept talking to the TV "really?! there's more!?" BUT finally it was over haha

Probably my favourite Fullbody Friday to date. You will feel extremely tight after this one and a good time to check your definition out after. What I loved was that this goes from lower body to upper body in the same section. Its also really carefully crafted with the three different repeater sets. I used 12.5 kg and that probably was just on my limit for an hour of fullbody. Cheers Caroline loveky workouts this week, have a great weekend and give Winston a little pat from me.

Hi Matthew, I'm lucky I have a set of interchangeable DB so with a twist I can go from 2.5 kg up to 35kg, needless to say the 30s havent been used. Certainly was a great session and again another new format which I love. I see you are heading away so enjoy the break. I should have been in Las Vegas these two weeks but unfortunately not to be this year. Have a great weekend 👍

This looks like it's going straight to favorites! I'm waiting for my husband to get home from work so we can do it. But I wanted to let you know that this week I increased my weights for upper!! When I started your workouts, I was using 8 lbs for my upper and now I'm at 15 lbs. So it's very exciting to see strength gains! Especially for my weakest

I didn't specify, but 8 lbs per hand and now 15 per hand. Back when I did weights, I never went over 10 lbs per hand for anything other than lower. You have inspired me!

Wow.. That was really tiring. I used 2kg instead of 10 because im 11 years old but seriously that was something. I did this because at my football academy i noticed i was really skinny compared to the other kids. It was very tiring and my dog had to interupt as well 😅
It’s ok to be skinny! My son is also 11 and also skinny. That’s normal and totally healthy at your age and it will likely change as you get older. Exercise for the fun of it not in order to get a certain body type. You’re great just the way you are :)

I loved everything about this workout! I have some ankle issues so I substituted some exercises but wow, it was so amazing. I felt like i worked really hard and it was exactly what I needed today. Your creativity is appreciated because I hate repeats. But I loved the bodyweight repeats in this one. I'm so glad I found you for those days when I need a good burn!
I will definitely add this to my regular workout routines - I felt it everywhere! I had to skip the first exercise, because it was a bit fast for me, so I marched in place instead. That's what I like about your routines, you can always substitute something that you can't do and pick up again after that set. THANK YOU!
Great Saturday workout! I just went up in weight with my dumbells. I did as many reps with new weight then went down if I couldn't finish. Love the variety in these workouts. Some exercises I've never even tried before. The pushups after the arm exercises had me on fire 🔥 Gonna feel this for a few days... new subscriber!

This workout was phenomenal! Up until now I’ve struggled with your full body workout, not that they’re not exceptionally well thought out and creative but they’ve been hard for me, however I felt very good after this particular workout, I was able to keep my form throughout the routine and put in all my effort and maintain my intensity. By far one of the best routines I have ever done!!! Thanks again Caroline. You’re amazing!!

This is only my second ever comment on a CZcams video. I have been in the fitness industry for 25+ years. I absolutely love your workouts. There is so much variety, so the workouts are always fun and interesting. I'm getting great new ideas from you. Sometimes I do the full hour and sometimes the shorter hiit or body area focus workouts. I enjoy them all. I do sometimes modify because at age 55, my body is tighter and doesn't recover as well. But your workouts are easy to modify. I love that you just go straight through the workout with no talking but that you offer great tips for form, etc. at the beginning and typed out during. I also think you are being a great role model when you take breaks during your workout! It's really important for your followers to know that it's important to listen to your body, always go for quality, and take breaks when needed!
