I've been insecure about my chest for so long. I have pectus excavatum and major rib flare, and it didn't help that I've been incredibly skinny my whole life. I'd wear extra shirts, or jackets even in hot weather. People for the most part didn't care, or said that it looked fine. But on the few occasions, where people voiced their negative opinions, it really stuck. It wasn’t until almost a year ago when I started going to the gym, that my prospective changed. I'm feeling more confident in myself and my physique. I'm not satisfied yet, but I'm growing to appreciate what was gifted to me.
A great physique comes from a great mind. Proud of you

I know how it feels to be different - I had multiple plastic surgeries and still saving for more, although I honestly don't know why as I've given up on finding love or companionship other than patients I still get to talk to. Appearance matters, let's not bullshit eachother, especially in the day of visual media. But beauty fades, it can only carry you so far - a kind heart and resilient spirit can not only guide you forever but also - such as in Noel's case - help others you come across your path. No matter what kind of evil we are faced with, we must try our best to respond with kindness and empathy. We must try to break the cycle of abuse. Sometimes one less mean comment, one more smile, encouraging words, a kind gesture can be a difference in a person's life, even save it. Please don't forget it.

on the topic of being embarrassed, today my friends finally came to the gym with me and when I asked one of them to spot me i absolutely failed my bench. Now normally I can bench jst fine but today I wasn't paying much attention and accidentally sat too far back causing some pretty trash reps. When we left the gym my friends only laughed at me.But noel you managed to lift my spirits again. Thanks bro

I do have a skin condition on my back and my arms ( under medications but no results)
I used to wear long sleeves shirts every time
But boy the gym really did change my self confidence and people do notice them eventually when im wearing tshirts
But the first thing they see is my big biceps ,
And question me if i work out , im glad my gym progress is being noticed by others
And noel taking about problems that no other else gym influencers talk about makes me feel happy 😊
