Nah, that hitbox is pure bs and the reason why zeri didn't flash, because he legit was able to change his position 3 times before the hook landed(meaning he reacted to it) and thought he could dodge it. There is no way he dodges it without flash with how naut Q hitbox works, so the only way he survives is if he flashes up or left. Also, you have enough time to react and flash if you see that you can't dodge, it's just that you have to be ready for it, doesn't necessarily mean you have to flick your mouse the other way or something.

Vulcan was dead regardless of if he dodged the hook or not so this argument is just dumb. He had to block that but he didn't. It is what it is.. happens to the best players.
