This is my second week home learning and all i can say is the first day it will be quite fun and interesting then the second and maybe third it will be boring because you will feel like that all you have to do and then after that you get used to it and it feels normal again !

I'm from Idaho USA, I home schooled my daughter and son for 3 years and loved it, and we were pretty relaxed like you, although our daughter was and still is very social do you do have to find others who do it as well, or do what we did at times, pack up the car and go explore a museum or nature walks, you do what works for your family, at the end of the day, my daughter and son both read by the time they were in kindergarten, I love that yippy take your children traveling, they will have a ton of wonderful experiences! Hi! I’ve been homeschooling for a week now and it’s been hard but with good breaks in between, it’s actually fun. The best of luck to you all!💛
The girls were so cute and funny with there play!!! I think that you are doing what works great for your family with home schooling and thats all that matters, as long as everyone is happy and healthy thats what matters. Your children are learning more then you think while they are at home with you . They are seeing how your are dealing with this pandemic and how you are making it work for your family and thats what matters most. Trust me them seeing you having to figure out how to keep food in the cubers and what too cook for meals is them learning. I think you giving them there "snack control baskets" is a great thing to do cause it is teaching them to work with what they are giving, if they have extras at the end of the day is great cause that means they have more for another day, you said that they were trading snakes with each other that is teaching them alot. I think that teaching them everyday stuff is super important and I dont thing that they are learning those kind of everyday stuff. Like how to make a list for the store and how to make a meal plan for the week. Sorry if this went off on a rant, I just want you to know that you are doing what is best for your family and thats all that matters. I look love your vlogs and they are the best thing i watch in my day!!! Keep being the amazing family that you are!!!!

Sarah's end speech pulled so hard on my heart strings 😭 I feel so much like I am stretched out so far being mom being cook cleaner wife. I feel so sad that I feel I've not done enough. Spent untill 1am palnning lessons doing house work and catching up on everything. 😭
Stacey Cockerill DONT! Your and your child’s mental health and well being right now is so much more important. In time you will find a schedule that works for you but you really need to try not worry so much and stress yourself out over it. We can only do so much as parents and when you’re doing IS ENOUGH! Take a deep breath and spend the afternoon snuggled up watching a movie together xx
This enforced home schooling is a great opportunity to teach kids how to cook/bake , wash their own clothes , keep the house tidy and clean , enjoy the time together and don't stress x
Isabelle voice was literally amazing in that😂 it was almost like a riff then Esmé getting embarrassed killed me, such an amazing and inspirational family 💕💕
We started "homeschooling" on Thursday and it's been ok just feels like you have alot of work and you're not sure where to start. Especially as year 9 is the year of GCSEs and you're having to work with no help of teachers. Hope all goes well for you and the girls xx

My parents are both doctors (in the nhs) and are very busy all day every day. I’m struggling to keep on task and get everything done but I know their work is so much more needed right now for other people❤️ Love to all the nurses, caregivers, doctors and everyone else who is pushing through, day and night for our country and essentially the whole entire world . Thank you x

I’m actually enjoying home schooling as I just get anxious In school and at home it’s nice to be able to relax, take your time learning, listen to peaceful music I’m loving it today I’ve done business and maths 💗 amazing vlog as usual x

I’m year 10 and missing out on like loads of school even thought I’m still learning it’s not the same I’m just worried about year 11 next year but my parents don’t even care about what I’m doing I just do work in my room all day but oh well x
Just keep working at it! Don’t put to much pressure on yourself and remember to take breaks. Don’t do more school than you normally would. I was supposed to sit my GCSEs this year but now they’re cancelled I feel it’s worse for year 10s as you are missing out on really important learning time. I hope you get what you want and good luck!💕

I'm also homeschooling at the moment and it's going ok I've just been following my normal timetable at home. Im in year 10 so it's all gcse stuff and some of the exams I had to do this year I cant do which I'm a but upset about. Just anxious about everything that's going on really 😕

Today I’ve done history and I’m currently working on my music coursework which I’ve just been told is due in on Friday. Due to all my GCSE exams been cancelled, my music teacher assumed this meant our music coursework which is an exam. So I’m trying to finish by Friday and I’m nearly done. I don’t really have any work to do as I’m only doing music in college but I’m doing some work that is getting sent by email as I could help my teachers get more evidence to support the GCSE grade they give me. So much stress at the moment!

People are so competitive they forget kids are just kids and need to live and have fun, not just study study study... this coming from a mom that was always pushed and always was the best in school but got no satisfaction, no fun, no friends until university when I finally understood my mental health matters as well...
Im 15 and will be doing gcse’s next year. I have been taking care of all my work myself, not getting my parents involved because that’s what works for me. I have been getting up whenever i wake up, the body should get as much sleep as it needs right now, and getting up calmly and slowly before getting 3-5 hours of work done, then spending my afternoon/evening doing whatever i want, love you guys, such a lovely approach to your days 🥰💕😘😘

Maybe the girls can keep a diary? I am everyday (I’ve been in quarantine for 10 days already) and it really helps. I’ve been feeling quite fed up because I miss my friends and I also have family who work abroad and in the nhs so I also feel scared. We all just have to have more patience and kindness. Slowing down is not all bad. Take inventory of what is important. This is scary for everyone if they show it outwardly or not. ❤️
Well done for all your hard work homeschooling three girls and minding a baby! And Thank you to everyone who’s listening to government guidelines , and for working hard to home school. My husband works frontline in the nhs and I work behind the scenes for the nhs and I can tell you now we are under extreme pressure so the more you stay indoors (other than getting a bit go exercise but not socialising) the quicker we can get through this. I have a baby on the way and my husband and I want to be able to have visitors by time it’s here so please stay indoors for everyone’s safety xx
