Yet God has made everything beautiful for
its own time. He has planted eternity in
the human heart, but even so, people
cannot see the whole scope of God's
work from beginning to end.
GOD BLESS YOU ALL AND THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR WATCHING!
Here's what i have learned watching Richard for a few years..... keep it simple. Use the lightest line you can get away with. Fish slowly. Be stealthy. And always praise God . It has helped a lot. Thank you Richard Gene. God bless everyone.
You forgot the loop knot. 😉
And have fun
@@outdoorsforachange yes ! The loop knot. Absolutely. Tight lines bro.
@Adam Smith love your comment man. it is also what I have learned in addition to the loop knot being a wonderful presentation. I love him so much!
@@rangerbull that goes without saying.
Anybody else hit like before the commercials even stopped? 😅🤣😂
I look forward to these videos. His personality is one of my favorite people on CZcams, and his tips legitimately work.
I always hit the like right after the play button. It's how I keep track the videos of his I haven't watched yet.
Yep every time.
Oh that's beautiful too man another great comment! And yeah I'm one of those I'm guilty the minute I see it boom I hit like. I may not even get to watch that video right at that moment but I'll hit like and always come back to it. In fact I would go on to ask does anyone ever watch the same video twice, three times? Because I sure do. It's so great because he has so many you know you can go back and even though I know I've seen it cuz that like button still lit up I can still go back and rewatch and I love them just as much the second and third time I just love Richard!
@@kmontrose888 I’ve watched his videos more than once several times. Enjoy them all.
I pay for CZcams premium so I don’t have any commercials 🙂
If she’s not already watching when my little girl hears the music at the end of the video she always comes running and says Richard Genes about to get crazy lol we all look forward to your videos in this house thank you for putting out such good content that all ages can enjoy
Hope he never changes that music too! Everything in his videos is pure perfection!
Lord, please protect this amazing angler at all cost!🙏🏻
Most are fisherman, Richard is the finest angler I have ever seen. Takes what he needs, shares his knowledge, and inspires.
Amen.

He already has. If something comes against anyone, you Comand it gone in Jesus name.
Verse in the Bible that Jesus states to his disciples. You have not asked for whatever in my name. This means that if you need help with whatever command it to be in Jesus' name
Soon as I saw the r.r. bridge I knew exactly where you were. I have fished that area many times. I thought for sure you would catch a warmouth against those rocks but got a rock bass. Wow a sauger, never caught one there, unbelievable. Brings back so many wonderful memories. Thanks Gene
I have been fishing for 50 years, but I learn sumthin from RGTFM every video. One of these videos my head is just goin to explo💥
I understand "woo" ever since I was a small boy. Excellent fishing video Richard. Your skills are second to none! Thanks again.
Richard the one thing I can always count on is,, when things in my world are going NOT so good,,,, watching you fish makes my mind you to a happyer place,,, and my heart ❤️ ,, feels so much better,, my thoughts are with you fishing wishing I was with you,, and do think I am ,, I truly love you and you're family,, mostly thank you so much,, that is why my bell is on for your videos,,
I take Richard fishing with me every time I go!
Hey Mr. Richard, I took your advice and went fishing today and it was good for me...(I couldn't catch a cold today) but it was nice being out on a lake on a beautiful day. I'm in Memphis, Tn
We all know the saying a bad day fishing is better than a good day at work. And every day we open our eyes is better than the alternative. Good job Ol'boy on the river.
I am glad someone else appreciates Rock Bass! It is a testament to water quality and they are so much fun to catch! Another fine video sir, always happy to see a new video from you sir! I just saw a house and land I am interested in down that way, may run into you one of these days!
Hey Tony I don't know if you're going to see this but if you do I was curious about your comment about rock bass being a testimony to the water or something to that effect? Could you possibly elaborate on that for me I'm curious as to in what way or how do you mean that? Thank you bro
@@kmontrose888 rock mass wont live in polluted water or silty water. Only clear running water. If the rock bass are there it's a clean stream
@@tylercecil6092 thx you 👍
Time for Nikko to sponsor Richard Gene Y’all! Lets go Richard!
wooh!! fishin is a sport second to none. -Mr. Gene
Some beautiful shoal bass Richard!! Keep up the good work of kicking the habit!! LIVE FOR THE THUMP MY FRIENDS!!
Great video Richard awesome job Richard GOD BLESS YOU AND YOUR FAMILY RICHARD
Shoal bass! Never had the pleasure of catching one. Back in my day everyone thought they were redeye. I read somewhere about them after they were declared a separate species from redeye. They are most closely related to spotted bass. What luck it was you catching those. Now, what about that? They.
I used to love fishing for rock bass on the Little River in East Tennessee. My little Daiwa ultralight with 4lb test got me a couple of smallmouth and also a channel cat for supper.
Thank you once again for taking us with you. Wasn't that smallmouth a purty one? Theyyy. 👍🖖
Love this channel. Quite supprised to see the two fish missidentified as Shoal Bass. I am a avide Shoalie hunter and I live right between two loaded Shoalie rivers, the Flint and Ocmulgee. Once you cath one you will never misidentify one. In fact I caught 3 pounder yesterday on the Ocmulgee near Hawkinsville, GA. But those were some nice Alabama bass.
I wondered if I was the only one who noticed that he misidentified the spots as shoals. Shoal bass are dang near unmistakable. But there again,so are spots(strictly my opinion here).
“There’s some of y’all that don’t understand”… hahaha. Love it! Wooooooo!
Police and Fire Department made me get out of the river today! They're closing the parking lot so they don't have to rescue any yahoos. 😂
I think you left a few good ones behind. Of course editing the video may have been the answer to my thhinking. One thing I have found is you have to remember fish don't have eye lids. So shade is the fisherman's friend. Didn't see very many of my favorite places to cast. But here is a tip I have found that I love low hanging tree limbs over the waters edge. Especially during the spawn cause big bass picks spots on South banks to spawn under low hanging branches where there will be shade most of the day. To all reading this REMEMBER fish don't have eye lids.
Thank you for sharing all those beautiful fish with us sir. God bless you and your family.....🙏❤🙏❤🙏😊🙂😀
Richard Gene in a kayak, pedal none the less. Never would a dreamt it
Keep up the Good Stuff; Your Good Friend Ronald Gene the Nailing Machine (retired carpenter). Thank you for the smiles!
You are a blessing to us all sir
In middle Tennessee creeks we catch sauger quite often mixed in with the smallies. Always a nice surprise.
As always you never disappoint!! Thanks again and God Bless 🙏
Ya’ got it spot on Adam! Couldn’t have said it better.
Enjoy your videos brother. Last night I went down to the creek just before dark and caught 2 big mouths and 3 rock bass we call them red eyes up here. Caught them in about 15 minutes. They were chasing minners it was easy catching. Take care
Richard watching your video is just what I needed tonight. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
When you said there were bowfin I was looking forward to seeing you catch one of those. In Louisiana we use to call them choupique (shoepick).
In North Carolina we call em blacks/blackfish
Good time getting on that creek. I need to get out there and see what's in my local creeks.
Richard Gene is second to none!
That really was a short train lol
Love these videos of these multi species fish! Thanks RGFM
I can honestly say I have never been disappointed watching your videos, keep up the great videos. God bless and Roll Tide!!!
God Bless You Richard, Amazing Fun, I Understand The Woo!!! 👍 you feel it through your Veins!! Stay awesome and safe!
I believe those are red-eye bass. Description I found.
Redeye bass differ from all other bass species in that the second dorsal, caudal, and anal fins have brick red coloration on the outer portions with white edges.
Damn that's a strong channel cat he pulled you in the kayak Richard 😮😊❤
Amazing all the diversity of species in that muddy river! Thanks for taking us along.
I would have flipped over so many times in that kayak. Lol. Love Richard’s videos. They are good fer me!
Thanks for pointing that species out I've never seen that before
You are a great man and the machine for sure!!! God Bless you and your family ❤❤. You remind me of my uncle so much!!!!!
Richard, Alabama has so much amazing bodies of water(lakes, streams and rivers) so beautiful.

God bless you Richard. And thanks for quoting from my all time favorite movie!
Looks like a great day of fishing!
In my opinion there are two kings in the sporting world. Both share the same first name. Richard Petty and Richard Gene. I enjoy all (R.Gene ). Videos. God bless you brother!!! Soo…Where’s Elmo. LOL
Hi Richard Gene, I see you were fishing in my backyard. Thanks for the great fishing video!
Hey Richard look up Coosa river bass… I’ve always called them red eye bass but the cool thing is they are native to our area only… Like Tennessee, Georgia, and Alabama… I didn’t know that until a few years ago… I think you’ve caught a couple in some of your older creek videos and you weren’t sure what it was… I’m pretty sure some of them were big red eye bass or “coosa river bass”… They almost look like a small jaw but they got a blue looking belly…
A white crappie jig with a white grub worm with trophy bass you'll catch em Richard 😊❤
Those show bass sure does look like a spotted bass. Wooooooo!
Mr Gene the bad ass fishing machine
Thank you for showing the different characteristics of the fish great learning content
Would it be asking to much to have mama sue to do your outro?? "GO FISHIN WHEN YA CAN ,COUSE ITS GOOOOOOOOD FER YE!!" I believe it would really make our day, only if ya want to,thank you for everything, it's greatly appreciated. I promise you! Thank you.
I caught a Striper on the Hellgrammite one time! I couldn't believe it.
Gene gives his best Carp at the restaurant fountain impression (@ 1:25-1:29)😅🤣

ROLL TIDE Richard, just really started watching your channel. Seems very informative. Live in Alabama and could use any tips. I dont want to be pro but just more successful here In Birmingham, AL.
That’s a good day right there. We’re there anymore smallys up the river
Those rock bass are delicious if you can get a few sizeable ones. Thanks Richard 😊
I've caught a lot of nice striped bass out of there I even caught a lamprey once! Thanks for posting the video and God bless
Also my family from Tennessee call showbass or rock bass black perch.
I remember you catching crappie around that tree before, lol. I love river fishing in southern Missouri.
That looks a lot like the South Harpeth up here in Middle Tennessee you would love fishing it especially around Newsome Mills. I've caught a lot of bowfin or Grinnell in the South Harpeth River as well
Good work once again! So many species. Thanks for sharing!

We grow some blue ribbon size horseflies up here in Illinois, and I bet you can nail 'em like we do with a rubber band! Grab one from your live crawdad arsenal! Within 3 feet it's deadly (as long as you sight it in first!)
Great video.
