I fished on the Black Warrior River close to Tuscaloosa back in the 80's. We got there before daylight and we had to wait on a coal barge to pass before we could put our boat in. Wooooo!!

My brother was one brick shy of a load and jet skis that ventured too close to him put themselves in a precarious environment. The man wouldn’t bother a soul but he was intent on not being bothered by others. Our reservoirs are so crazy during the summer months that I stopped going unless the weather was too rough for the skiers and wake boats. Hopefully they’ll outlaw the wake boats due to the bank erosion that they are causing.

I guess what I don't understand about jet ski's, is why drive 10 to 20 yards from fishing boats when there is miles and square miles of room to go ride on.
