This is really helpful! I learned how to make stained glass in college and fell in love with the process - had no idea how to get the lines so nice and crisp. Thank you!
@@sfr2107 I took a beginner metals class and the next semester in intermediate metals we got to learn how to do stained glass! There are metal workshops in many places you should be able to take a class!
@@sfr2107 absolutely! I never associated it with metal either but understanding soldering before starting stained glass was very helpful. Now I see stained glass and metal works and look to see how they were made!
Honestly your videos are so informative and for some reason I'm luckily getting them in order 😂 I watched a tutorial on the tools and how to use them. Then came a recommended tutorial on my home page about grinding the glass. And now this one on my home page. Lucky 😊!
Wow these are beautiful, do you sell your glass pieces? I just bought a home and I was just thinking the other day I wanded to put stained glass in some of the windows.

Can I do that with a jewelry? I want to get vintage pool balls and I know how to break them up and saw them up but I can't figure out how to put them in a jewelry. Do you think I could wrap that around it to set it? Btw This isn't my idea! Someone make sure he likes this and it's absolutely beautiful and incredible It's just out of my price range:( So I want a DIY it. It's a shame you have to cover the copper with the solder because the copper colour is just so beautiful 😍😭
You must be able to buy copper coloured solder somewhere, surely.
Thank you.

The solder will only stick to the foil so that’s why it’s applied around each piece! 😊
