If your experienced, gloves might just get in your way and reduce dexterity. That being said, as beginners, PLEASE wear gloves or at the very least have a well stocked first aid kit nearby. A month ago I got too cocky and cut glass without gloves, and, upon drawing a line down the freshly cut glass, I accidentally slid my thumb against the sharp edge of the glass, and sliced my thumb wide open. Again, a MONTH ago and I just was able to go without gauze covering it within the last few days. Scarred pretty bad, probably needed stitches, buuut I'm stubborn (stupid) and just wanted to go home and go to bed (it was 11 p.m., please don't cut glass whilst sleep deprived). It is SHARP.

What do you use for the pattern paper? Do they come already printed onto the paper and you just cut it out or do you trace and cut out yourself? I’m trying to do some design but not sure what kind to get since I need one side to be sticky.

Hey Amaya. How do i get the pdf pattern to turn into a png without having to re draw it? ......like i bought your pattern but i cant send it straight to cricut as it's a pdf. Also Design space resizes it too,, so how do i know what size it should be? I think i must be missing something?

Do you save all of the bits of left over glass to use with smaller patterns? As I'm guessing that you can't cut too close at the start, or the shapes you're after would be lost? But that seems a lot of soare glass, so I was wondering what sorts of things you do with it?
