@@BrendanTietz damn thats tough the negative effects of getting lean. At least if you retain majority of the strength and build off that once you decide to put on some weight again itll blow up even more.

I actually just started doing floor press again for the first time in years. Do you think legs out or knees up is better? You did em both ways in this video 😂
Do you ever use bands on your dumbbell flies to add a bit more resistance at the top as gravity doesn’t really work those last few inches?

Doing Larsen press makes my normal bench feels easier. I was around 145lbs and got up to 176lbs after like 3 weeks of Larsen pressing. I also hope if you have one for shoulders! I always think chest is overrated while wide shoulders and a yoke back makes you look awesome
What I added 10kg in 6 weeks to my bench by just doing the floor press.. No accessories

Do you see any value in the decline press?
Not if you bench how we do and do some decline cable flys here and there. If you don’t do much barbell benching with the t spine extended then I’d opt for a low decline Db bench although I think it’s better achieved through benching and decline flys! Even dips if your fiber alignment works with it!
Idk how I feel about incline bench after that Larry wheels video 😳😂
