Why is everyone pretending this song is so bad ? It's amazing. The singers voice is amazing, she's able to convey the emotion that is supposed to be shown, the staging was great, it's just a full package. It's ok to disagree this as the winner but atleast not lie and pretend this is bad because it isn't. It's by far the most interesting thing Sweden sent and deserves top 5.

In my opinion, Loreen's Melodifestivalen performances are damn good and much better than the ESC ones because she's on a lower box and there is also a darker and dustier vibe, all this remind me her win with Euphoria. I could definitely watch all of them all day long and never get tired of it.

A masterpiece in every way. By far one of the most unique artists i have ever seen or heard in my entire life. Hearing her voice only on radio gives you goosebumps, but to think that she is also one of the best live singers and entertainers with massive creativity is something magical. Since I‘ve seen her on Eurovision, I always asked myself why the Melfest performance is so much more powerful, especially in the 2nd bridge. Today I noticed, the Swed‘s initially had a graphic overlay overlay between two camera shots on every major beat. So much better!!! ❤
This makes the prospect of Sweden hosting so much more exciting. They don’t seem to cut corners when it comes to a TV show.

I think the live version off this song is better then the studio recorded. So much more emotion in this and the big drop at the end, gives me goosebumps.

Winning ESC twice in this day and age is an absolute boss move. Even Abba or Celine Dion could not pull this out, she is a legend
One thing I don’t get is why were people mad at Loreen for beating Kaarija. Sure, the juries had a huge impact on Sweden’s win, but We can’t forget that Sweden received 243 points from the public. If they didn’t want Loreen to win, they shouldn’t have voted for Sweden. But in the end, it was between Sweden and Finland this year. Both the staging and the songs for each of them were amazing!

How this deserves to win? The song is very average and bland ballad/pop song with no originality. Even the stage performance wasn't that good or interesting. Sure the performance was better than the song but how that makes Loreen the best artist in ESC?
Loreen is a very overhyped artist. People say that she is a world class artist, but she only has one popular song (Euphoria) before this. If she wins esc it will be a new low for esc.

@@Minescoful songs are not subjective. There is good song and bad songs. This song was very average, it had nothing new, it has very standard pop/ballad structure and Euphoria was objectively a better song.
Its overhyped because people seem to like her stuff NOW because she won eurovision back in 2012. She had no good or chart breaking song after euphoria, until now. If this was just a song without performance and if this didn't enter to melodifestifalen 2023 it would be a very unpopular song in audio. That is just the reality.

Those who followed Loreen after Eurovision for 12 years know how much she is underestimated by the general public, people think that apart from the song "Euphoria" she has not released anything else, while she has two amazing albums "Heal" and "Ride "and one EP" Nude ". Loreen is unique in her approach to work, she doesn't release music as often as we fans would like, but we always have confidence in the quality of her music. I envy the Swedes, because they have such a diamond. I wish my Loreen victory in Eurovision.
It is true that she has released stuff but she has not had a hit since "Euphoria". None of her post-Euphoria singles charted. She is not really that big of a star. But it is OK. Loreen does her stuff and being famous is not what she wants to either..

This performance is pure masterpiece… The fact that she won the whole contest in 🇬🇧 , means that perhaps we can have a repeat of this performance as it should’ve been, with the large screen above and without the hideous led screen with black lines behind . next year in Stockholm this song and performance will shine again, and remind people just how good undeserved winner it is. It will go down in Eurovision history as one of the true classics, unlike other Carnival / gimmick songs will be largely forgotten.

I think Finland is the only song that can really stand in her way tbh. That being said I think this song is just a reskin of virtually every single pop ballad we see every year. But just her being Loreen and a beloved icon in ESC lore she will have a massive chance at winning. But Finland's song this year is truly unique, catchy, screams ESC in every single way, and will stand out. Either way the Nordics brought the heat this year.

Yes I know in the national final the international juries gave the song high scores, but they are voting for "the best song to GO to Eurovision" and in the grand final they will not rank it the same way. The first thing Juries look for is the vocal capacity. Käärijä can sing his own song and it is what it is, but there's even less capacity there than there was for Hatari. I repeat, Cha Cha Cha will get absolutely murdered by the juries. It will not do as well as expected in the televote either, it's too "out there" despite the younger voters loving it exactly for that reason. The competition is between Loreen and Blanca, while Käärijä is going to be the "fun crazy phenomenon of the season", not a winner.
