I cried BUCKETS during his Eurovision performance. Everyone who had that experience of rejection and exclusion when they were kids for being in any way “different” knows it intimately and he sold the emotion of that experience like nothing else. He deserves everything ❤, and his vocals are OUTSTANDING. A masterpiece.
His national final was even more emotional. I was in shambles 😂
I don't really get it. He has an amazing voice, but the crying on stage felt forced at Eurovision.
I get that he has mental issues, but it just didn't feel genuine in the moment.

@@Sam-oz8tw Loreen is Swedish with Moroccan parents, English is probably her 3rd language, of course the lyrics aren't going to be anywhere near a Shakespeare text. The melody is resonating with a lot of people, so even if it is "cake" simple (which I don't agree with), it is a good one, and the vocal range reaches just over two octaves from the lowest to the highest note.
I agree that this is easier than some pop songs that became hits, but you're wrong to say it is easier than most of them, let alone 89%.
I wish american people knew about Loreen, they are missing out, truly.
I think I am one of the few that know about her. Grant it, my family is from Ireland and my other half is from Italy.
As an aussie, it's so weird to see sheldon on a talent show, when he is an established famous singer here. He is also well known in europe due to his eurovision performance. America is catching on late with him. An incredible voice

I don't get it either... Well, I am fan from Brazil and I was rooting for him so hard in Eurovision, I mean it's not a popular show here (I've known about Eurovision through Sheldon posts by the way), so I was always late on the news about of the show, I felt sooo nervous haha

Well he was on TheVoice two times and became super popular from his second time on there cause his audition of Frozen was amazing. THEN he went on agt and didn’t really get any attention because that season was during covid and there was no audience. THEN he did Eurovision.

I’ve been following Sheldon for the longest time. His voice, his outfits, his presence and everything is top notch. He is a true performer and puts on a show. After his elimination on agt, it felt so wrong knowing that he would have gone so far. He is great and can win this whole thing. So proud of him and so glad to see him back.
Feels like he’s way more ready than he was when he first entered agt couple years ago. If he keeps delivering quality performances like this I wouldn’t be surprised that he would win. He’s really good!

Right , but i think its so hard for him to grasp all that "positive" aspects of his voice , his looks , what hes doin etc. cause of Autism (yes hes diagnosed since he's 6) and i have many friends who have it and they know how to work with it , but it makes things like this even more difficult. Thats also the reason why i have soooooo much respect for Sheldon , many others wouldnt even stand on a stage.
