I met a Thai girl in Sydney (studying her Masters at Uni) back in 2011 and she was richer than me. I ended up marrying her in Thailand haha.
You’ve got your finger on the pulse Sam. I live in Australia, have a Thai wife and spend a lot of time over there. Fundamentally Western people have no concept of Thai culture. I used to watch lots of Vloggers in Thailand but their material is so shallow. You stand out as guy portraying the realities of life there. Just watch your heart, your an Empath in a sea of egocentricity. Keep it up, you’re talented and your channel will boom.

The Issan girls do it and so do the Lao girls but the Lao girls are 3 times sweeter when they do.

I think you’ve hit the nail on the head here, it’s so easy to pigeon hole these girls You put it across very well let’s hope some people realise that these girls have feelings everyone in life deserves happiness and love. Surely that’s the basic as a human you deserve.

Great story, Sam! Western society tends to be selfish in the sense that we are very self-driven and full of self-pity. We tend to forget that we are in a foreign country, with different cultural values and unimaginable burdens and pressures placed on many individuals who mask this with their charming smiles when they are in our company.
Pretty much nailed it on the head.. these guys need to think.. like back in Australia would you go to the kings cross to find a girlfriend 🤔 many thai women are also very loyal to their family 💯

wow i really like how you described the true based life story of those working girls, the sad consequences of their actions and the motivation of why the do all of this. While I do agree that is the path of probably many “farm fresh” girls, Like Keis said there’s always a choice, I also know girls that are gold diggers but sell driver’s licenses to lazy tourists and help with visas in Bangkok and are making more bank jobs than me with a foreigner job. Then there’s people like Noona that did live on a farm but decided to sell real estate and some month’s destroys my earnings…
As for the ending, we all know he fell in love, lost a shit ton a money went back home and simped on her sponsor list and can’t wait to be back, as for her she found a new client the next day 😅

Correction: abortion is legal for up to 20 weeks in Thailand. You don't need a reason to have an abortion... After 20 weeks, it is a bit more complicated.
I’m curious. From what I’ve heard and seen, most foreigner CZcamsrs aren’t married to Thais. They either are divorced, dating one or single. Few are married to a Thai.

My 1st introduction to Thailand was through Thais I met in Sydney, birthday parties with the relatively tight social community where people had and did work in all sorts of industries... Nobody judged, and afaik all were sending money back to support family in some way... As someone that had stayed well away, and was judgemental to the point that I had no interest in travel to Thailand, I found myself intrigued to understand how they ended up here...so when offered opportunity to visit an Isaan village on my 1st trip to Thailand I took it and it changed my outlook on life somewhat... Back to my 2nd home in Jomtien Friday for a very short visit..

Points on the presentation and the ending, but yeah in the end it’s up to them or as they say “up to you” perspective is everything not only in Thailand.
Great vid Sammy. I can see both yours and Adam's point of views. The problem with being a farm girl and getting a decent paying non bar girl job in the city, is that education is expensive, especially when you have a kid and family to support. So l guess Adam's dilemma is a moral one.
A big part of the way a lot of western men see Thai women is from the stories from men that have only visited Pattay so they think all Thai woman are like the bar girls and treat Thai women who are living in western countries like that My Thai wife is from Bangkok and raised 2 handicapped children on her own by working in a factory then doing washing an irioning from home to support herself , yet one day in a shopping plaza here in Australia she got asked if she was "working" once he realised she was with me he took off before I could grab him and teach him a lesson, its sad that people dont hear the stories of the people who have had good long relationships with Thai women we have been married 11 years ans still going strong and NO I am not her ATM and she helps pay the bills etc! Even my own family were saying oh she's going to take all your money etc then there's the one's that say "mail order bride etc she is 51 and Im 63 she looks 25 like a lot of asian woman
Excellent video. Decision making for a lot of young village girls is much more complicated than the average Western Girl. Too many Farangs make generalized opinions about the apparent lifestyle of many of these ladies. In many cases the girls have a short window to earn money for their family. Too many cheap Charlies come here and act disrespectful.

This is an advertisement for the family integrity of thai girls. All the drone footage featured is of her village. She’s very happy with what I produced
IDK man gotta kinda disagree with the story of the gold digger girls needing to work in a Bar.. While I understand the attraction of money, there are millions of other ways they could earn a living, its mostly a choice in my opinion.. Pattaya is only a very small part of Thailand don't forget! The amount of people in that industry that have multiple "boyfriends" and people they take money from is what really makes them gold diggers.

@GoneAdrift. You and Keis are both right depending on your perspective on this issue. Based on your perspective Sam, my past is quite close to yours, except the Thai girl I was seeing (we did not meet in a bar( broke it off and went with another, richer man when the pandemic hit. Family is everything to the Thai people.
Most of the girls who come from “rural” Thailand are not highly (read university) educated and as such are not hire able for higher income jobs.
When you work 60 hrs a week in a factory for 8000thb and half of it is being sent elsewhere you can see the attraction to better money, but there is a point that it crosses over from needing to support family to just wanting money and stuff.
@@snitchy87 Most of the time, it isn’t an attraction to better money, it is a need for better money. $110 a week is questionable when living in Bangkok, even for a Thai person.

I think it’s the other way around, after she gets the implants she finds many different boyfriends or starts flirting much more because she likes the attention and is now more confident. Unfortunately in the end she falls in love with his money not him, thinking how much she will take him for a ride and can easily move onto another. Sad but true most bar girls are like that.
