Success! Chef RV thank you for this recipe. Honestly, may 1 week na yung cream cheese ko sa ref kakaresearch about Burnt Basque cheesecake. Masyadong kumplikado yung mga ibang recipes. Sa yo talaga yung pinaka straight forward. I baked mine in 2 separate 6 inches na pans. Medyo nagpanic ako nung umalsa yung cake habang nagbe-bake. Pero sabi nga ni chef, tiwala lang. Yun, 30 minutes at 400F ko siya na-bake. And bongga yung taste. Lasang sosyal nga. :) Love na talaga kita chef!:)
