Congrats to Ed for his first IH. I also was skunked for many years looking for an IH. Recently I was talking to a woman who was interested in MDing and asked me to demonstrate my machine. I took it to her curb strip and told her if we were lucky I’d find a penny or two. Immediately I got a penny signal barely under the sand. I picked it up and gave it to her. She looked at it and said, “ COOL! 1887!”
Yep found my first IH and gave it away. It was in fantastic shape too.
The Hoover Boys are killing it... again! I would figure that dog tags were few and far between in 1899! Bob is my hero with that 1857 and a '49 Franklin Half!
Those dog tags for the 1800's do not surface often. It was awesome just seeing one in person
Great old episode! Bobbies coin the best! Great crotal bell but i say Kurts 4 washingtons, jingled in his hand, sounds better than a bell ringing! Love the channel! Good luck all.
Some great finds all around but nothing beats that KG II. That beauty was mint! Congrats to Bob on his awesome BIGNO!
Thanks Joe. I agree. That coin is ridiculous
BIGNO!!! Too funny! Congrats on all y'alls finds. Unreal detail on the 1757!
Thank you for the support! All the best
Holy cow Bobby! You are pulling out some bee-u-tiful coins lately! That copper is one to be massively proud of. Incredible! Now I'm off to the old folks home for some BIGNO!
Hahaha! Thank you. Hope you got more Bingo than big no

Crazy day! Good job on all that silver, but Bob was a beast! Thanks for the fun video. I have never found a Franklin half, but did get a Walker many years ago. That KG II is killer, though. I'm just eating my heart out!
Thanks Andy! That coin is ridiculous. Best of luck out there

brilliant, absolutely brilliant, what a KGII, he finds them better in the USA than I do in UK , well done guys,
Why Drew ... "I don't Know " that was funny .. nice stuff this time ... that George was stellar Later Gators
lol,, look foward to the end of your videos,,, funny stuff .Was shocked to here how long before his first Indian! ,,crazy,,,, great finds from all!
Thank you for the support. The IHP has avoided Ed no longer. It's crazy but 100% true. I'm dug with him a bunch of times and I've found multiple Indians all around him. He couldn't score one. He does a lot of relic hunting
"Bigno Bob" diggs a killer KG! A lot of good finds from all the Club members and a hole lot of fun sharing your hunt!
Thanks! It was a fun day. We're going back to that site soon. Hope she gives out some more

Awesome Tim! Thank you
Excellent finds brothers. Congrats on all the nice digs but Koodos to Bobby on the half and the "non dug" example of a 1700s copper!
Hahaha! Thank you! Best of luck out there
Great hunt! Awesome KG II by Bob! Great finds all around and also love Bobs old lock you missed in the wrap up. I love old locks. Around here the only club SMTH is not a good club. They are very political and no club hunts unless they are seeded as they are afraid others will find something. I was apart of them for 2 years and decided I have more fun on my own with just a few close friends.
Thank you! I guess all clubs aren't created equal. We're lucky to belong to a good one. HH
The videos just keep getting better. I could watch them all day.! Keep up the great videos Kurt...
Thank you for the support Brent! Much appreciated.
You guys be killing the coins up north! We have them down south but not THAT many! Impressive.
Thank you. It's been an unbelievable year for us
Bob is on kinda a hot streak lately huh?..... :P Mint KG 2 and a silver half... Sweet hunt and nice video again :) GL & HH Lars

Super hunt guys, it's nice to see bob outdo brad lol. That KG II is nicer than modern coins . Congrats to all on their finds , stay safe and HH... Pat
Hahaha! Thanks Pat. The luck goes round and round. It's been mine lately...

Man, I wish I lived in Maryland. I’d be your guys’ cameraman. It would be worth it just to see all the great thing you guys pull out of the ground. I’ve been binge watching all of your videos and it makes me want to go out and get a metal detector more than anything.
Thank you for the kind words and support
I love Brad's sickle swing technique at the start of the video!
I agree that my AT Pro with the NEL Storm goes deeper than my 11" Deus! The recovery speed of the Deus is legendary though. Draped bust half cent? Wow, not even on my bucket list!
1757 Colonial Copper, Bobby you are the man!
Hahaha! Thank you Nick!
Great finds awesome coppers and silver
Thanks Dale
Awesome! that's gotta be one of the best club hunt vids I've seen. you guys saved a lotta history!

That was one beautiful KG 2! I have never found a large cent yet. Nice finds all around. That tricentennial pin is interesting. GL & HH
Thank you! That coin was crazy. Best of luck getting over a big Copper!
The only thing that's more mind boggling to me than that KG is the fact that I now know that there were dog tags in the 1800s! I had no idea. As always, great video guys. You da man, Kurt.
Yeah those 1800's dog tags do not come up often. I've heard of a few dug. That's the only one I've personally seen come out of the ground. Highly collectible
great hunt guys, lots of great finds.
Thanks!

@ 26:42 your answer to who shit! lol Awesome digs!
Hahaha! Thank you
Hi Kurt, Another great hunt from you and the boys!!! Just wanted to let you know that you may want to tell Brad to check a little into that Funeral Urn Button? he found. There was similar buttons that look just like that and they were called George Washington Funeral buttons. Just thought Id let you know. That may have been the best find of the day. As always another great video. Take it easy buddy HH!!!
Thanks for the info Ray. I know what you're talking about with the cufflinks like that. Brads thing was big and brass. Not a button. Looks like a furniture piece. Very interesting. Wish I NEW more about it. You guy been digging? What's up with Shawn? No new videos?
Nice KG II great hunt I would love to send you a photo of what I believe is a King William your very good at identifying coins. There is a little bit left of the rear bust with some lettering but that's it. The rear is smooth nothing there. Have a great day
Shoot me an email
thehooverboys@gmail.com

Our pleasure. Thank you for the support!
Love that openwork colonial button. Better than most coppers any day of the week.
Speaking of copper. Holy crap, that KG2 is crisp.
I love those buttons too. That coin is just ridiculous. I'd call it BS if I wasn't there to witness it

Thank you Eric! We've gotten into a good groove this year so far. HH
These vids are so bittersweet, im out here in San Diego, been detecting about 12yrs now, never dug a silver. Ever. Just picked up a t2se so hopefully ill find that one 10 in merc everyone missed. Great vids and finds! My inspiration and my torment haha
Thank you for the support. We’re lucky on the east coast. Best of luck!
Told ya I am catching up but figured something out about your videos Kurt, its all about presentation, in real estate its location but you have a real nack in your presentations. Best part I think is your explanations as a dig is occurring, and in the end on lots of older coins its the education as well as ID'ing relics. turns out that each video altho is individual, its also similar but ALWAYS educational. Not perfect but certainly darned close, #ALL HOLES MATTER LOL
Thank you for the kind words
Wow, very entertaining bunch of guys. Great coin finds! I have never tried digging coins but I did a coin roll hunt and found a few oldies. But not the same.
Thanks Frankie. Detecting is one of the most addictive hubbys ive ever done. Once you find something old you get hooked. That hook never comes out
Great hunt! Great video! Great fun!
Thanks Diana
Some great pieces guys. Congrats on rescuing a few colonial coppers. Don't see them unearthed everyday.
Thanks Jason. We've been pretty lucky with the coppers this winter
Holy hell bobs is on fire still Great hunt guys keep them great videos coming Kurt. Have to get down there sometime soon and dig with you guys
Thanks Josh. Bob was red hot in December. It was crazy to watch
