You talked about how an infant can learn and grasp a certain language if it is spoken around him/her during his/her childhood and can understand it easily without someone actually teaching him/her. However, what is the explanation behind the infant understanding a language but not speaking it?
For example, someone growing up in a Tamang family hears people speaking Tamang language throughout his childhood. He understands it. But he is not able to speak the language as he grows up.

OnE thing is rightly said here is Sankrit Grammer is same as it was written by Panini first time because it was never used informal way that means it was Never used by any community. Another thing, this gentle man said wrongly is Sanskrit is not as old as he said because Sankrit is written in Devnagari which was developed around 9-11 century. Before that, it was hybrid Sanskrit which mix with Pali Pakrit language. It is so clear that Sankrit is developed from Pali Prakrit language. For instance, vikku to vichchhu, pasen to Prasen, khatiya to chhetriya etc.

@@sparsaofficial7631 Right. But we are told thst Sankrit language is so so old is not true. Claims can not be true. Asok piller inscriptions sre in Pali Prakrit language. Many Pali Prakrit ords are Saskritized like Dhamma to Dharma, Budha to Buddha and Sutta to Sutra.

Language and script are two different things. A language can be written in various scripts. Yes, devnagari has become defacto method of writing sanskrit in medival time but brahmi was used to write sanskrit before.

Sanskrit university must be renamed to Ancient Language University where any body can go and study ancient Nepalese and religious languages like Pali Prakrit , Sanskrit, Latin, Arabic etc. This is DISCRIMINATORY and NOT FAIR to have one university for one ancient language but other ancient languages have none. This is still Apartheid system even in modern time with new constitution.
