2014 S550 that they decided to brand as a Maybach... I'm not surprised this is how it was treated.

In my place UAE a 2014 s550 cost 138k used brand new 180k my father owns a 2014 Mercedes Benz E63 AMG cost 78k used brand new 114k
It's obvious that some people don't deserve these works of art. My 2012 Genesis Prada is always immaculate and I appreciate it. It's my Maybach, 😆 Great job.

Dude, it's not even that... A Maybach is close to 200k. They only make like 100 of them a year. It's a car you get driven in not drive. Seeing it trashed like this is physically painful.

James, professional carpet cleaners have a special procedure for removing red stains, involving specific products and the addition of heat (like with an iron). You might want to check into that, for future red stains!

Dude such a nice job. I've been watching your channel for a long time now. From Subaru's with rusted out floor pans to Maybach's. You did such amazing job on this car! Years of experience combined with the "yeah I got us" attitude makes it! You work your ass off and it shows. From some that is observed with keeping they car clean. You go above and beyond! Keep up the hard work, love your videos!
I just detailed a ‘16 S550, such a beautiful car and I love how easy the carpet is to work with.
Love your work, but that's not a real Maybach S600/S560. Just a standard W222 with Maybach badges.

@@StaufferGarage Surprisingly a lot of people where I live to this type of “modification” they buy the lower trim level and just replace the badges with “AMG” or “M3”. Must be an ego thing lol. Loving the videos!

I get up and clean my car every time I watch a detailing video like yours or someone else’s. Always learning new ways to clean my car. The before and after shots of your videos are amazing!
As for the red stains, a professional carpet cleaning supply should have a product called red-x or something like that. It’s sprayed on the stain, covered with a white towel and then a hot iron placed on top and it draws the red out. We had a bunch of stains in a house we moved into and this stuff worked like magic.
That’s not a “Maybach” the owner just rebadged a S550 an put on Maybach wheels.
The interior of a Maybach is way more opulent
Rear of a Maybach will not say 4matic either.

The before and after of the interior was so good it almost looked like a filter was applied to make the before look worse than it was. I wish I could detail like this. My mom has a GLS450, like the one you detailed on your channel, and my brother has an AMG GLA45. I've been trying to get them to look brand new by following your process and it does wonders.
I'm not sure there is no filter for the "before" part...

The white balance is off in the before making everything look yellow. Than in the after they fixed the white balance lol

When Seeing your videos I think of my suv, which I love to have it clean. When we’re inside the garage I tell my husband I love my suv. My husband’s the same way he loves his Camaro. That's what the owner of this Mercedes said as well...this isn't a real Maybach. It's a regular S class Merc with a few Maybach badges to make it look like a real Maybach.

The best bang for buck tire dressing I've found is actually just Turtle Wax wet n black. You can get it at a dollar general for around $3 and it leaves a natural to slightly glossy finish and lasts about 2 weeks depending on the weather.

Try McKee's 37 , 70/30 Leather Cleaner with a vinyl and leather brush. It will save a ton of time on cleaning leather seats. The scent is a leather scent.

I loved the carpet striping!
Red dye in passenger side floor mat.....try acetone solvent. Apply, brush, blot dry. Then proceed with general cleaner, pressure wash, etc.....
Acetone can remove all dye, its generally not worth doing
Acetone might melt the carpet fibers Depending on the material
Steam cleaner? APC? Both had been pretty great for my detailing needs.

We found the steamer (the black scrubber head), drill brush and towel, APC and Folex, to get red stains out. Takes a while but we got it out of carpet..it’s gone. Try it, see if it works for you. You have to keep the steamer on it for a few seconds a few times...but it worked for us..

This came out beautiful! I have an S Class and don’t have a trusted detail shop yet. If you don’t mind me asking, what did you use on the doors, dash, and seats? I don’t want to ruin my leather or wood grain. Thanks for posting this!
For leather just use leather cleaning product and a brand new (or never used for shoes) shoe brush, and microfiber towels. Wood trim has varnish on it, it is just like paint. Any touch cleaning will inevitably scratch it a little bit. If you have scratches in it, take the finest grit polish that's available (finishing polish), polish with brand new microfiber towel then apply ceramic wax/coating. It will look like new

CarPro Ink tyre dressing with the brush applicator is simply a game changer!!
On perforated leather with fans and other bits I wrap the head of my steamer in a micro fiber rag to brake some of the grime down while able to control how wet the seats become. Yours turned out nice but just another method.

These cars are just amazing. Simply the leather feels like God's work. It is as supple, as fine as anyone could desire. I've actually once used the word "tasty" to describe Maybach leather. Got to ride in one of these one single time, crammed up in the front passenger seat because boss was in the back, and it still felt better than anything else. I still vividly remember the leather's feeling. I got Nappa in my W221, felt like 1000% better and MB Nappa is already pretty damn high grade.
Love your videos sir! I’ve gotta say, you are one of the best detailers on here. Not always the same monotonous “geeky” stuff, 😉, and thank you for using a larger vacuum attachment! It drives me crazy when people only use the crevice tool to clean the entire car. 😡

Keep a microfiber towel in the car for random spills or dust wiping. Also, vacuum once a week.

I have a duster I assume is a throw away because it didn't come with care instructions. Also knock your feet before you get it.

Did you try acetone (aka nail polish remover) on that stained floormat?
Just a small thing: your voiceover seems to be mono, so only on the left side which is quite annoying to listen to, on a phone for example. Maybe you can find a setting to record your audio in stereo

This is not an actual Maybach. It is purely an S class, just with the Maybach wheels, emblems and badges. Is this was a real Maybach, the back doors would be significantly longer, and the rear seats would have a powered foot rest.. This is just an S class.

that was amazing bit of bad luck about the stain floormat maybe owners might even be able to source a replacement one , I use a citrus based stain remover I get good results on stains in carpets

I have tried that method for tire dressing. Also have made cardboard cutouts for all my vehicles wheel sizes so I don’t have to wipe wheels. I have kind of set up camp on the brush on, wipe off method. No cardboard necessary and barely any wheel wipe.

If you go into the menu below the speedometer you can quickly disable the proximity locking. I noticed it was unlocked and locking a bunch. My cls does the same
