This was the second clock to grace the entrance to the market. The first one was positioned over the market entrance doors and was a "seconds" clock bought for £30,000. It was'nt to last long and, when it did brake down parts for it was imposable to find, thats why they had to buy the second Tailor of Gloucester clock. But hey, thats Gloucester council for you
+Kirstie Grainger I doubt that very much. The wishing fish clock incorporates illusion and artistic flair. You are left wondering how it works and are ;left to ponder with only your imagination as a guide where as this clock is dull and boring with no mystery at all.
