raja and manila were at it longer than they were supposed to
Rajas wasn't made on a day. Alexis and Yara said that they gave Manila and Raja extra time to finish their garments in the weekend bc they weren't done. so um Manila would've been in the bottom
Serena went to art school and said “You do the details first like when you paint”. Umm maybe I went to the wrong art school but in painting class we were told “Block in shapes of color and do details last” 🤔

@@calmcuke6865 nobody needed to lie, it's kind of obvious that art is subjective. Yes it can be studied but if someone likes a piece of art, you can't really "logic" that away. You can study art in the same way you can study which colors are objectively the best. Tell me, what is the best color? And can you prove to me with logic that your choice is the true best color?
The thrift store challenge was so amazing, I miss those early season challenges, they were so creative.

@@Kiahhhhhhhh absolutely couldn't agree with you more. If I had to pick one thing that was missing from drag race that's exactly what it would be is lightheartedness and fun. This gave the girls that may not have always being in the top to win a mini challenge and put them in a place of being able to control what went on in the main challenge and I really enjoyed that. Otherwise they just continued to fade to the back until they were sent home. Oops I just turned into a party pooper and that wasn't fun. LOL
Coming on rupaul's drag race and not knowing how to make a garment is like going on Hell's Kitchen and not knowing how to make scallops or risotto, or going on survivor not knowing how to swim. They bring it to you every season, why didn't you learn?!!
I was surprised that Shangela on All Stars still struggled with sewing despite being a veteran competitor 😅

I love how Rajah on the thumbnail of this video. There isn't enough conversation about her making all her all stars 6 outfits herself (except for frills runway). She deserved to be commended more by the show and the fandom for being an excellent and extremely talented seamstress.
She is very talented, however she was somewhat hindered by not having outside input, especially in the pop art and goth challenges imo.
So is every drag queen from passt season.....

Not to forget, Raja made those looks in THE WERQROOM. All her design challenge looks were amazing. And she had to make like 97 of them.
That season was really brutal when it comes to challenges and the queens themselves. Not many of the new queens would have survived it.

Penny tration’s outfit was actually not that bad, she had an idea and executed it cleanly, there were way worse outfits on the runway

Trinity's Stanky The Starfish was great. She was such a pageant queen & somehow, slayed when it came to the comedy aspect.

Because a) the tables aren't big enough to fit all of the fabric b) it gives you a clearer look of what you're cutting c) theres no fabric hanging out so cutting is easier d) it's easier to walk around it
