R7 2700x ASUS prime x570 pro WD BLUE SN550 I had a 2TB HDD everything was fine. I now added NVMe SSD to the top slot on motherboard and it won’t work. It gets stuck in *PRESS DEL OR F2 to enter bios* I tried take out battery and still no different i can’t reach bios or another PC go test SSD Pls someone. Any help appreciate 😭
You can try latest bios update without ssd, or if it not help, can try to different m2 slot, with minimum ram. Or with ssd connected and HDD disconected. Because you can not be sure maybe ssd is faulty. Thats what I would do.

Crap, I don't have another standoff for that slot. Can't remember how many the motherboard came with.

indeed it is. Only use this slot for a 2nd M.2 ssd.

Two, the fastest is at the top of the board nearest the CPU but sadly had no heatsink like the slot in the video at the bottom of the board
