    This video will show you how to build a Wooden Hot Tub. The video is quite long, but should give you all the info you need to build a Hot Tub yourself without any need to visit another website or pay for plans. Everything you need is right here.     The Timber you will need to build a Hot Tub this size (approx 1600mm or 5 foot):
    █ Hot Tub Base - 140mm x 32mm up to 1700mm long x 15 lengths. (5.5" x 1.25", 67" long) &
    65mm x 45mm, 1600mm long x 4 & 115mm x 19mm, 1600mm long.
    █ Hot Tub Staves (Sides) - 50 x (115mm x 32mm x 1250mm) + Spares of knot free stable timber, preferably not pine, not sap wood, not resinous wood, not wet wood. 4.5" x 1.25" x 49"
    █ Hot Tub Bands (Straps) - 7 x 50mm wide straps cut from a 1220mm x 2440mm (4ft x 8ft) sheet of 2mm (14 gauge) thick Stainless Steel with a brushed finish

    Dude!!!!! Thanks for sharing. This is awesome. Totally gonna copy you. Well except for coming to your place and building it. I’ll build mine here. 😂 How’s it holding up? Any mold or mildew problems beyond what a fiberglass model would have? I’m gonna do copper pipping I think so god forbid it freezes, or the PVC were to just break I’m gonna be ok!

    i just built a cedar hot tub how do i stop the leaking is my bands to tight and does it take a couple months for the timber to swell

    I wonder if it would be better to glue all the joints with tight bond 3. Maybe would not leak as bad or as much.

      Definitely not! The timber swells and contracts with water temp and ambient temp.
