there is slight difference in nuance imo, 會 expresses the existence of the knowledge to do something while 能 expresses the ability to do something, so you maybe you 會 do something but you may or not 能 do something. for example 我會跳舞， 但是因為我腰疼現在不能跳舞。
能 in my head is “there exists the possibility that...”, 会 is more XYZ has or has not acquired this trait (acquired through learning/cultivation etc.). Eg Is it at all possible for this old fart to speak Chinese? 这个老头能说汉语吗？ Has this old fart acquired the ability to speak Chinese? 这个老头会说汉语吗？

Swahili is not widely spoken . Just is Tanzania
