Hey, can we automate this process of sending what's app message to our contact on a particular date and time automatically, like I want to send a customised birthday wish to the contact on his/her date of birth automatically? And also how can we mentioned their name in the message template? Please tell. Waiting for your response. By the way thanks for creating this video. Learned something new.
Yes we can automate this business logic by using scheduled apex class.. Which will run on daily basis and check the birthday of any user matching with today's date... And then call your apex method for sending whatsApp message to that contacts😊🤘
The phone no. On which u r trying to send whatsApp message from Salesforce... That is either not registered in your meta developer account or not a whatsApp number

If u are using default test no. Provided by whatsApp then u have to register all contact but max. Limit is 5 only... But there is one more option to add your business whatsApp no. In your meta developer account, in that case u can send message to any number without registering them✌

Check the target in meta_xml file of your lwc component... It should be 'lighting__RecordPage'
