If we have named credential already then no need of remote site settings right? While making the Callout it will use the URL from Named Credential only. Then why did you create Remote Site Setttings?

I've stored consumer key & secret in Auth. Provider and then used that Auth. Provided in Named credentials to authenticate

Nope, you can integrate sandbox with dev org just need to pass proper data link url and all accordingly
