@mitesh - In Scenario one ,is step 3 needed? why ESB need to call salesforce to get account details. As we already publishing platform events and ESB can subscribe and pass that data to SAP directly. Can you please help to understand more, Thanks for this content. Very helpful

Hi, can you help with second example how to customer time like 5 min .because the maximum time you can give in named credentials is 2 min.
