Love it. Could not agree with you more having a red Performance myself. Never gets old and you simply own the road in both breaking and accelerating. It’s so impressive that it can only be demonstrated simply can’t explain that to somebody
I have a PMY on order to replace our 2020 LR AWD Y I bought in July 2020. I did add the Performance Boost Upgrade and that was a real kick in the ass, from 4.8 to 4.2 seconds 0 to 60. My buddy has a 2020 PMY and was flabbergasted the first time I got a ride in his. 3.5 is frighteningly FAST.
No PPF or tint. Thought about tinting the front windows, but it really hasn't been an issue with heat. PPF would be nice but I honestly don't think PPF is worth the cost. I do have a a few chips on the front after about 5k miles, but I'll just touch them up.
@@whateverfits1978 sounds good, thanks for the reply. I chose against PPF as well, don't think it's worth it. Can't get caught up in the internet hype around it. Picking mine up today! Really excited.
@@vlarrazabal7020 I've had ceramic on vehicles too and I'm starting to feel the same way about it. I got a quote for $3k for ceramic and front ppt on the Tesla....no thanks. Honestly, the Tesla is so small, I just do a front detail on every time I drive it. Sounds over the top, but it takes about 5 minutes with detail spray and bugs never stick.

17 months and 9k miles later, loving my '21 MYP more now than the day I brought it home.

I have the same combination on order the 6.7 trimmer sense Feb, Tesla Y only about a month.
Preordered the black performance Model Y with white interior. I also ordered the self driving. I’m not sure $12,000 is worth it…..new sub.
It’s worth it if you keep it. I don’t keep vehicles long enough to make it worth it for me.
You are regretting that $15k now
@@jagerking7020 it’s ok I will give it to my son. Save me the gas allowance over time…..
Did you ever put any PPF on your car? Or plan to? Just curious. Also any tint?

@@whateverfits1978 agreed. you mind sharing what you use?
@@vlarrazabal7020 I just use griot's garage detail spray. You can get it off Amazon pretty cheap. Been using it for a while.
