For most people, crank it loud for one great song and dial it back down for the next and 1500 bucks worth of electrical will give you the freedom to install just about any amp you want.
Remember Big D's very important comment. "It takes power to make Power." Without the proper batteries , alternator and wiring, not going to happen. That goes for all not only this Beast.

While there is no universe where I would ever use this amp I am glad it exists. It moves the hobby forward and hopefully the technology can trickle down to smaller amps. As a plus, this one can’t be mounted on a Harley to blast midrange at the world. Great job keeping it interesting Big D.

These Incriminator amps are a work of art, if my dealer carried them i would have went that direction, but my Crossfire 16k is holding strong at .67 on 3 Xt3 18's, and 135ah of c-max, honestly I've been happy so far🤙, Super solid numbers out of the Incriminator 🤯, thanks Big D💯

The new D4S JP amps use all SMD (surface mount) electronics, that's why they are so much smaller than previous half bridge amps with the same power. Incriminator said they are working on this as well and future amps may be half the size as well 😮
I really like the idea of a taller, shorter amp. It opens up a lot in terms of installation limitations that other high output half bridge amps have due to their length. Incriminator branding just doesn't speak to me though so I've never given their gear a try.

Dynamic is realistically all people should care about.. that’s what you actually are getting while listening to music.. people focused on rms which is great to paper numbers on a test tone.. but at say 100w you bouncing between 40-120 as the music plays certain notes and songs.. dynamic is where it’s at and the reason these are so widely used in spl is because of that.. simply they put a lot more effort into larger internal caps and coils.. = dynamic power and louder hits on music.. it also give you that extra for spl burps..

Wow 184 db on 15k amazing. I love how fat and different this amp is. Very cool looking to me. Very expensive. The JP63 almost had it. I can't wait for comparison to JP83. 😁
@@SidyDidIt dunno forsure, Craig Butler did 182dB with 4 DD Z 18" subs on 4 5000W DD Z1A amps, that was pretty amazing back in the day however this ofcourse needs the entire car to be turned into a giant enclosure, bolted shut etc so nothing can leak directly

That amp is a beast. Don't forget that price is a steal compared to the late 90's were you paid $1 per watt or more. GJ yet again hope you get that sub sponsor so you can use all that power. 👊
for what its used for (and the extra money you'll be dumping in, considering) only downside i see is the remote voltmeter, but that's a minor quibble and easily fixed. and really, considering the output, it's a decently compact package compared to some i've seen at the same rating, that don't go as far over rated.

I remember being 23 years old and dreaming of having an IA 40.1. At the time (and still today even) the amount of money it took to buy the amp and supporting electrical system was out of budget. I wound up going from 2 eD nine.1s on 2 RE SX 15s to 2 Autotek MM4000s on 2 RE MTs. 800 bucks I paid for the pair of MM4000s. Great amps but not 40.1 great. Now 4k amps are everywhere and people are dreaming of 12k amps.
I'm sure it's an outstanding amplifier, but didn't the JP63 do about the same @ a better price and a better layout then being stacked? Have you tested the JP83?
Really sweet amp, these guys are fast becoming a dominant brand in the spl and bump market. Only thing that bummed me out is the remote, for that price and that level it should have a volt meter built in, kind of chincy there.
Hi Big D, I Got 2 new Soundstream team x5.15 in ground shaker boxes that are both dule 1-ohm coils. I can set them up for 1 or .5 impedance,7000 rms and 15,000 peek. Please give me a shot at this. I would expect 140 DB + let me know what you think

Even with all the bs in the world you can build a VERY powerful system for a couple grand or less depending on your taste and goals n the bass knob is the same you get with skar, synergy, ect. hey there bro had a question about the fuses for these amps. i ordered the ix 6000 yesterday. would i use 3 200amp fuses on the 3 positive wires that go to this amp to equal up to 600amps. or 600amp fuses for all 3 positives wires?
subwoofers, especially in an SPL build are creating ALOT (like 10-20% or even more) total harmonic distortion, so having it under 1% THD in an SPL build is completely useless. Uncertified and Dynamic truly are the numbers that matter here. Now if you're doing an SQ build, then that's a different story, but for SPL, uncertified is where its at, and also dynamic for those burst tones. Humans cannot detect distortion in bass frequencies until around 10% or sometimes more.. so i see no problems here, this amp is exactly what you want, big dynamic numbers, how amazing for such a small package. I also LOVE that the power and ground are actually separated, its alot safer that way and more convenient.

0.67 resistive load is like a 0.1 ohm subwoofer... if they are running them at 0.3 ohm in competition, i would suspect with rise, its around 0.8 ohm
I would think the TL would show the impedance but that sounds about right. My sub wired to 0.5 stays 1-1.2 ohms
I have 2 IA Death Row 12's, very happy with them. IA is an Awesome Brand. If you have the cash, I wouldn't hesitate.

any suggestions for a half decently priced 4 channel amp for a SQ build for my truck? list so far 4 sundown sa10's, audiocontrol dm-810 dsp, 2 sets component jbl gto609c 6.5 sets, and 200 pounds of sound deadener lol 1/2" thick around the hole truck to deaden the diesel engine. thanks
