Are you serious about your time and purpose in life? Serious enough to ditch the idea of both?
Time management is dead. Let’s look at time as what it really is - a story.
This book will show you that you can only stop the productivity and strategizing mania by recognizing that all you want is already available and it’s hiding in the ‘unexpected’. But you can’t see the unexpected because you live in a deceptive timeline (story) that is keeping you stuck in a never-ending time race, stress, impatience, comparing and overthinking.
The simple Time Reversal Formula will reveal your next action to take in any stressful situation - and it is not what you’d expect. Once you know it, stress dissolves effortlessly.
What if you could be increasing productivity without overthinking, strategizing, learning smart strategies, or changing your routine?
Ditch your productivity books, and go beyond personal success in business.
    Discover that:
It is never more time you really want (what a relief!)
What you deeply desire is the end of achieving and striving
Now is not a moment in time
Anything you do with a purpose, including your Life purpose, cannot make you happy
Achieving nothing is achieving everything, and it is effortless (without mental gymnastics)
Among spiritual awakening books, this is the Power of Now for time management for entrepreneurs and busy introspective people.

A while back I was high the Himalayas, finishing a trek along the Ganga in the valley where the glaciers are melting making a constant thunderous almost deafening sound.
Some naked old sadhus grabbed hold of me and prevented me from getting to my Jeep. I protested and kind of laughed at the ridiculous situation. I had no idea why they were thwarting my progress. I could only think that they wanted money, but I already gave away or spent almost everything on me at the time.
But, that was not what they wanted. They were pulling and tugging me harder and I struggled. They were actually pretty strong. One grabbed my head firmly with two hands and twisted it around to force me to look at a severely undernourished old man sitting in the dirt. Our eyes made contact, and I suddenly saw golden yellow light first coming out of his eyes and a huge light was all around him, and at the same time I could see the light percolating up through him like a river, and he was in bliss, laughing and helpless, and a victim of this golden light that was threatening to sweep him away, and he was just barely able to hold on for the sake of the naked sadhus, his students.
Nothing verbal was communicated by his lips, but he clearly spoke to my being and he said “This will occur to you, too, when you hold onto nothing, not a thing, not a thought, not an emotion.” I was shocked that he gave me the entire spiritual process in a nutshell.
The other odd thing that happened, and this is hard to say without sounding demeaning. But, this is exactly what I saw, and what he was telling me. That, he was a total idiot, a fool of the highest order. He had nothing and knew nothing. The river of light forcing him to the ocean of light knew all, and he was only there to observe what was occurring.
But, I believe that he told the naked sadhus to capture me for some reason to observe this in him. I had other experiences in the mountain at that time of a profound nature. I always studied spirituality and practiced meditation and concentration and qigong, but I was never very proficient at any of my practices. I merely did them for healing and balancing, much like eating, drinking, breathing, exercising.
That happened a long time ago, but his message of not holding onto anything still remains with me.
So, there is nothing to do, but you still must meditate to purify and to realize there is nothing to do. There are different degrees and grades of spiritual awakening. To be at the center of a river of golden light, moving towards an ocean of golden light is obviously a higher state than most.
Also, he had the ability to teach completely and spontaneously just by looking at him. Words were useless.

This is an especially compelling pointer. The separate self seems to reside within its own expectations.

Well spoken. Following the breath, following the flow or the Tao shows us that Life "is" as it "is". No amount of story telling whether about the past or future can change what you are at every moment of life, which is in fact the whole universe disguised as an illusory Ego in each of us.
Dreams are such a good example of this simple yet profound reality.

What you say is so interesting, that it makes me reflect on life, and it is even a relief because sometimes we are so strict with ourselves and sometimes even it is hard to see the simplicity of life. thank you, Olivia. You are always so fascinating
