"Grateful for a 43.33-minute movie that took me from a 26-year-old to a seasoned 43-year-old in digital marketing. Thank you for sharing your wealth of expertise, I am eager to make a positive impact in this field. Here's to a bright future!"
@Solution 8 Just finished listening the whole sesison . Being a 27-year old digital marketer, i felt like It was more about spirtual lessons & how to share "LOVE" by mentor "Kasim" to be successful. Another great lesson by Kasim & team from many lessons they learnt. I felt this guy has a USP of givinig spirtual vibes as well as core technical knowledge. Love from Pakistan💗💗💗🧡.
Kasim, this is the 5th time I watch this video since you released it. I'm at a stage where I'm trying to go from "job" to "business" and I can't tell you how valuable this video is. Although it only has 2.2k views, this legitimately deserves millions more. Wish you the best & congrats on the recent exit.
Many organizations can claim to keep employees first but I have experienced this first hand at Solutions 8. We actually celebrated “Your Wins”, “Our Wins”, and then “Client Wins” in the same order. Mad respect for you Kasim 🙏🔥
Kasim, very humbled by you sharing this. You hit so many points. As someone who has built a couple businesses, you SO hit the nail on the head.. particularly your lessons and thoughts on fulfillment and people. God bless you.
Hey Kasim, this is one of the best videos you've ever produced, so valuable, thank you so much! I recognized here some of the mistakes we made, for example the full-service agency thing, the toxic clients, the recurring revenue benefits and so on. We're in business for 7 years now, and what we've learned? So much... For example... truly specialize - as soon as I read "The one thing" book... man.... it was like... I can't even describe be... But we started slowly to remove services and do less but better... And now.... We had a record year.... Also, another important thing - take care of your health, hit the gym at least 4-5 times a week, take care of your sleep and be careful what you eat - it's so Important. And... I don't really care about money anymore, i want to do things that are useful to other people and that I feel good doing; Not neutral. Good. That's very important; Thank you for all your videos Kasim!!! We send you love from Bulgaria :))
As a subscriber for over a year, this is the most insightful video you've published. Quality all the way through, and you can tell a lot of these lessons came from making a ton of mistakes. Thanks for sharing it all!
The best video I've watched all year. Much appreciated --- I run a lead acquisition agency and these have been fundamental knowledge nuggets that I now will learn to incorporate into my partner's entrepreneur philosophy. Thank you
Big up to Kasim. Niching down is essential. I also liked, "If you're gonna have an elephant as a pet, you have to have big doors." It was great meeting you in Costa Rica event. Keep crushing it.
I had the same thoughts on niche businesses a few years back...and then I came to the hard realization that the reason why a lot of those smaller businesses aren't being targeted is because the owners also want to be the operators and it becomes a business model that just doesn't work. Yes, you can find a few that are willing to hand over the reigns...but the effort required to get there for the little pay they're willing to devote makes it hard to build a service business off of those targets.
A great video. Kassim always sharing concepts that seems to be so simple, so obvious... Yes? But for some of us that have worked as head of business for many years, we can relate deeply to each and every one. To those starting or on the road to build a business, please pay attention, as the concepts seem simple on the surface, but are real gems of knowledge that for some of us took years to learn, some times (or even most of the times) the bad way. Thanks Kassim! It is always a pleasure to receive your ideas and watch your videos, by now I feel like family. Hope 2023 bring all good things to you and all your team at Sol8! Best! 👍
Agreed that eMyth is a good book on this. Does entrepreneurship have to be this way? Can you be good at and perform the fulfillment and hire out and delegate the actual day to day operations?
Thank you for making this video. I’m truly appreciative of the time and sincerity you put into this. Absolute gems of knowledge and wisdom. Thank you again.
John doesn't do reports ahahaha, feel him so much, took me 3 agencies to find the 1 who got someone for my work repots.. Great stuff man, thanks for sharing + Get more sleep:)

Still can't and accept that Kasim looks with that white hair. Almost looking like a wise man of his Google ads journey.
They are definitely an inspiration on how to do things right in this crazy area. Thank you Kasim. Big fan.
Congrats for 17 years of LIVING as an entrepreneur… thanks for the valuable lessons!

Fantastic video. This was a whole trip. It looked like it wasn't as easy make since such a long horizon retrospection drains a person. Respect, bro.
Life is too short to work at ad agencies that lack integrity and vision. Great video.
